I’m honestly just glad I stumbled upon this thread—I’ve been dealing with restless legs for years now, and it’s been quite a journey. To be honest, I start feeling this wave of panic whenever bedtime rolls around, because I know it just means pacing around the house instead of actually sleeping. That restlessness... those twitchy sensations... they usually start in one leg, and if I walk around enough, they seem to settle down for a bit, but then as soon as I finally lie down, they just jump over to the other leg. I tried using some topical creams, but nothing really moved the needle there. Right now, I’m taking 1 tablet of Mirapex, but by the time it actually kicks in, the night is basically over. I end up totally exhausted and just... irritable, I guess? It seems like nobody else here has had much luck experimenting with other options yet.
Hey, I could really use some help here—whenever I try to log in, my old username just keeps popping up automatically, whether I'm on Facebook or just browsing other random sites. Does anyone know how I can actually clear that out?
Tyler Jackson6 said:I've only seen it in their presentations. It’s basically aimed at younger folks in those early stages of psychosis who absolutely refuse to swallow pills. As far as side effects go—insomnia can be brutal.
From what I've seen in practice: aripiprazole isn't really a powerhouse antipsychotic on its own, so you rarely see it used as a solo act. It's usually paired up with Risperdal or Zyprexa to help dial down the side effects of those heavier hitters.
Thanks so much for getting back to me. This specific treatment plan follows an Abilify course and will be given once a month—a 300mg injection as a monotherapy.

I’m dealing with this exact same thing myself, has anyone actually found a fix yet?
So, lately, my computer has been acting a bit wonky—it just suddenly shuts itself down in the middle of whatever I'm doing at night. When I boot it back up, I get this message: "American Megatrends - CPU over temperature error. Press F1 to resume." I’m guessing it’s because things are getting a little too hot in there, maybe? I'd love some advice on what to do, though I have to admit, I'm really not much of a tech person—I don't know the first thing about computers, honestly. Thanks so much for any help you can give!
I was wondering how I can get my start menu back to the English language... I mean, I used to be able to access the help and support sections in English without any trouble, but now everything has suddenly switched over to English and I'm feeling a bit lost.
So, for a few days now, I’ve been getting this little pop-up on my computer asking me to upgrade my AVG—which I just kept clicking away from—but then last night, things started getting... well, a bit crazy, I guess. My computer just started acting totally haywire. Every few seconds, this warning would pop up saying AVG had detected some threats, and when I finally decided to actually run it, it showed it found what looked like Windows 32-bit issues—no less than 140 of them! Some were fixed, but others weren't, maybe? And now, I’m getting this "send error" window popping up literally every single minute. I tried to just uninstall AVG entirely, but I can't even get the "Add or Remove Programs" menu to open. I’m honestly at a bit of a loss here because I have no idea what happened to it. If anyone has any advice, I’d really appreciate it
Larry Ortiz5 said:Well, if this is your very first time running updates on macOS, there’s usually a massive pile of them waiting—so I’d say just let it run its course. It might take an hour or two, maybe more, depending on things. Once everything is finally installed and caught up, that little yellow icon should hopefully disappear on its own.
So, when I ran the updates for the first time, it showed 1 out of 42... which I guess isn't too bad? It finished, and then a window popped up at the bottom asking if I wanted to "restart now" or "restart later." I went ahead and restarted, but for some reason, that icon just came right back. So, I tried running the updates again—this time it only took a few minutes—and after another restart, the icon is finally gone! I really have to thank you all for being such patient teachers. Best wishes.
Benjamin King2 said:Well, you should probably just click through and install those updates. It's just a standard Windows update—it doesn't really have anything to do with your antivirus software, I guess.
I did that, and I even restarted everything, but that yellow icon just popped right back up again... honestly, I'm just losing my mind here.
Larry Ortiz5 said:So, what does it actually say next to that yellow icon?
It says "updates are ready for your computer. click here to install these updates." — well, that's what I'm seeing anyway. Thanks so much for getting back to me so quickly, I really appreciate it.
So, I just noticed this red Windows security alert icon popped up in my bottom right corner—kindness of nothing, I guess! I managed to clear that one away, but then this yellow icon showed up immediately after... so now I'm stuck wondering what to do about these little notifications. I've got AVG, Malwarebytes, and some Spyware Blaster thing installed—my tech guy set all of that up for me when he was working on my PC—so I'm not entirely sure if they're fighting each other or something. Any advice?
Larry Ortiz5 said:Oh, sorry—that was actually directed at you, I didn't mean to skip quoting your specific post 😁
Anyway, thanks for the reply! I guess you guys could have made it a bit simpler, though—you younger folks seem to wrap your heads around this stuff way faster than us older people do. I really rely on your answers since I'm a total newbie when it comes to all this
Larry Ortiz5 said:They have to install those Windows updates—does it actually show a percentage while it's working, or does it just sit there staring at you?
So, I’ve been running into this weird little pop-up whenever I try to shut down my PC—it says something like "click to turn off and install important updates" or gives me the option to "shut down without installing updates." It's super annoying because it seems to hang there, and I can't get the computer to actually power down normally... so I end up just pulling the plug from the wall, which I know isn't great, but I don't know what else to do. Does anyone actually know what this means or how I can fix it? On top of that, I tried using a System Restore point to go back to an earlier version, but that keeps failing too—every single time, I just get an error saying the system restore wasn't successful. Any advice would be much appreciated!
So, I've got this HP Deskjet sitting there—it had been powered down for a few months, you know how it is when things just sit idle—and I finally went ahead and put some fresh ink in it. But now that I've actually switched it on, it’s being a bit stubborn about pulling in paper, and to top it all off, I'm getting this message saying the print cartridge is faulty or isn't installed properly. I guess I'm a little stuck here... does anyone have any ideas on what I should try doing? Thanks!
Has anyone here actually tried taking Solian? I'm curious about what kind of results people are seeing out there... maybe if you could share your experience
