I keep seeing everyone online talking about affiliate marketing like it's some easy way to get rich quick. It sounds simple enough to just promote stuff and collect a check, but I wonder how much competition there actually is. Has anyone here actually made a consistent living doing this?
I'm dealing with some issues regarding my weight and metabolism (male, 48 years old, 231 lbs). I managed to drop quite a bit of weight initially, but now, despite staying on a strict deficit, I'm not losing anything—I've just hit a plateau. Because of this, my doctor sent me in for some thyroid testing...
The results are:
Thyroid Test Sample Result Unit Reference Interval
vS Thyroid Stimulating Hormone / TSH (2) 0.725 mIU/L ref. value 0.4 to 4
vS Free Thyroxine / FT4 (2) 13.4 pmol/L ref. value 11.5 to 22.7
Anti-thyroid peroxidase antibodies / Anti TPO (1) 14.2 / kIU/L ref. value vS Thyroglobulin antibodies / Anti Tg (1) 365.6 H kIU/L
So, what does this elevated "Thyroglobulin antibodies / Anti Tg" level actually mean? Is it something I should be worried about? My doctor is telling me everything looks fine, but I'm feeling a bit uncertain.

If you head over to the closed section of Pike Place Market, there's this one little stand right by the Stengie area on the right side. A woman there sells juice and some kind of Barack Obama syrup. I only saw it, though—didn't actually grab any or try it myself, so I can't really vouch for whether it's actually any good...
