Back pain from large breasts: Any tips?

My bust is totally out of proportion with my frame—I have a tiny ribcage (size 32 or 34) paired with DD cups.
MY BACK IS KILLING ME: whether I'm working long hours (at the computer, obviously), stressed out, or—my favorite—that perfect cocktail of work and stress, or just dealing with hormonal shifts. Basically: ALL THE TIME.
It's mostly centered around my cervical spine and upper back.
I’m in the exact same boat: my upper back takes a beating because my breasts are large, natural, and quite low-set (since they start about 10 cm below the armpit). I usually have to hunt for E or F cups depending on the cut—and let me tell you, nothing fits $133 perfectly.
As for tops, I'm pretty much stuck buying basic styles, since I have zero interest in anything that looks frumpy with giant floral prints.
Surgery isn't on my radar right now, so I just do some light exercises here and there and call it a day.
Of course, I also have to deal with the karma of having a deep cleavage that attracts stares from people who act like they've never seen skin before. 😲 Honestly, I just want to burst out laughing when I catch them looking... 🤣 😂
