I’d honestly go as far as saying it might be less, since 64-bit applications tend to be heavier than their 32-bit counterparts.
The difference only really shows up in specific software, which isn't something you'll notice during standard daily use. My advice is to just stick with 32-bit unless you specifically need the extra memory overhead for running virtual machines or something similar.
