New fan laws: What do we think? in Fans ·
Well, it seems like we’re always playing catch-up, constantly staying at least one step behind them...
It’s just not worth insulting the police; you won't gain anything from it. Better to save that energy for when you actually get home..😁
And what can you even do if the entire stadium is losing its mind? (Which, honestly, is a rarity here—usually, it's only a handful of people shouting).
Whatever. That whole ACAB sentiment just hit a brick wall...🤣

Does anyone happen to know if they're planning to hold the tournament in Gabela again next year?

neonhawk15 said:Let all those "legends" take their pathetic statements and shove them. Either you guys band together and find a way to stop American soccer from becoming a playground for fixing insecurities and lining private pockets, or just get lost and go back to where you came from after grabbing your last hundred thousand from those same people.

Unfortunately, it isn't quite that simple. Finding a solution is hard when the trend in other countries is that soccer became about capital long ago, but using it as a stage for insecurity, empty rhetorical clichés, and psychological trauma seems to be something uniquely sustainable here...🤣
When things start smelling this bad, everyone runs for cover... provided they have enough nerve. You see these media pundits spout something completely contradictory to what they said yesterday, while cruising on a yacht and acting like they're the smartest person in the room. They have egos the size of elephants... It’s all "me, me, me." Honestly, you can't even finish a sentence without someone starting with "I"... if you know what I mean...🤣

Man, this new edition really takes me back to the 80s... congrats to everyone! It's clearly impossible to pull something like this off in a single day, especially when it took years to build up to this point...

Justin Watson4 said:Of course... 😁 If I hadn't been there the last few years, I might have had something to say, but 🤣... you're completely wrong... the guy was spot on. When we're talking about supporters, it's basically a 50-50 split... Every year we swing by Mobile... We drive from New York City to visit friends there, taking our local guys in a bus packed to the gills, just like when heading to St. Louis, and the visiting fans are roughly the same ratio... 🤣 Not to mention driving through those tiny towns like Boise... absolute nightmare roads... even a "small" player from Perkov is nothing to them... Anyway, in any extreme sense—even if I hate using that word—you don't stand a chance... it's been proven time and again... neither in Canada nor Herzegovina 😉

Pretty much. There are villages where an entire hill is basically one extended family, and half the town supports one side while the other half supports the other... there is no middle ground. (Whether it's Gabriel, Drake, or Vance, it's all pretty much a 50-50 split)
As for Mobile, you misunderstood me; I believe the split there is just as bizarre, even though Dynamo graffiti covers almost every building...
But hey, at least my buddy is a loyal local, a "hardcore patriot" who would sell his soul for the Pirates, despite having never even stepped foot in a stadium... 😂 (his peak level of hooliganism is yelling at his mother when he's forty...) 😍
(By the way, don't confuse the "Mommy's boys" with the Janeway crew...)

Can we please stop this reckless romanticism before we start counting bodies...

Look, I’m just a regular, lifelong Dynamo fan. I don't represent anyone or anything else, and honestly, I certainly don't need that kind of responsibility right now 🤣...
Anyway, you clearly have a sense of humor, which makes you pretty likable. Just don't let it go to your head...
And what is this "night watch" business you're talking about? It's not like we're on the front lines of a war...🤣, I just got home from the pub...
No, listen, since you're being so concerned about my well-being, you probably know someone who wouldn't mind a little bit of drinking mixed with their lifestyle... someone for whom it isn't quite so "deadly"... or am I mistaken?
And what's this talk about staying single? I've been married since you were still playing in a sandbox with a plastic shovel...

Honestly, most people my age seem to have aged twice as fast as my peers. Maybe it's better if I stay out of it...
(You missed the point entirely when your fingers move faster than your brain... there's no deeper love left once time erodes that connection to the club. There's no club anymore, just endless scoreless ties. You can feel it... damn it. This used to be Dynamo, but now it feels like a bunch of strangers are playing, yet some people are still stuck clinging to the old glory days...)

William Martin42 said:Look, football isn't even the biggest issue facing this country, if we're using that analogy...

Boy, I honestly can't tell if you're just acting provocative and indifferent, or if that's just how you were born... no offense intended. Of course, football isn't the top priority in this caricature of a nation, "if we're using that analogy," but where else are we going to talk about football if not here among the fans? Seriously... who else is talking about the sport when everything just revolves around the money and Mamić... Raspa:
(well, we aren't exactly jumping from fan forums straight into deep philosophy, are we?🤣)
What was your point there? Because from what I can see, you're persistently taking this neutral stance that might be entirely unnecessary...
And which idiot posted this clip... honestly, they must have just messed up, because no sane person would walk around in a jacket and a t-shirt with a hood in the middle of a summer heatwave... and to what end? Was it just some clueless person at a tabloid site again?😍

I've been a Dynamo supporter for decades now. Before big matches, I can't sleep all night, or I'm performing all sorts of little rituals to stay positive... yet today, I caught myself casually watching the game in a cafe while playing cards with the guys—just glancing at the screen now and then. That's how much they've managed to kill my passion and distance me from the club... bit by bit, month after month, year after year... I fear I might not live to see the day when I can proudly identify with them like I used to... back in the old days... well, maybe it's just a generational shift... maybe that's just how it goes... but watching the game with a group of guys who don't know the first thing about Mamić, I'm still glad we crushed them. It actually makes my hair stand on end when I think back to all the players we sold off. "No more selling players, mark my words"... (and you know I'm lying)...

SHERIFF-DINAMO-2 (2,20)

No matter how much the current roster struggles, these guys looked even worse during their performance at the stadium... Honestly, just eyeballing it, that match was barely tolerable to watch. I might be biased since I'm a die-hard fan, but if they had simply created half as many chances as they did—and actually finished them—they would have been much closer to covering the spread.
The squad is still trying to push through the wings, but we're lacking that clinical striker who can just put things away effortlessly...
It makes no sense to me how they conceded three goals against Aalborg, yet here at home, they seemed to struggle with just a couple of half-chances and shots on goal, if I recall correctly.

Bursaspor_Vojvodina-1 (1,7)

In theory, if you had the bankroll to bet on just one specific outcome, this would be ideal. Just looking at the pure math without accounting for the players' fitness or technical form... If it ended in a 2:2 draw, it suggests the visitors have a shaky defense. Of course, that isn't certain; the Turkish side is playing at home, which is a massive advantage for the second leg. I’ll pass on this one...

M. - things are just the way they are... there's really no point in overhyping anything, or worse, manufacturing some kind of false euphoria
"Most people are jerks"—is that supposed to be a new argument? Were they jerks when they were standing on the front lines defending our country, too? Or is it always that "if you aren't with us, you're against us" mentality? Can't we just accept that some people might have a different perspective? Even if I agree with most of what you're saying...
Come on, guys, let's try to be a bit more objective... it wouldn't hurt... trust me...

repost.

She's just spinning her wheels trying to get some attention from everyone here... always needing this or that...
Specifically, nothing positive happens—or any real progress is made—for decades now... Jerry Jones acts like he's untouchable, publicly insulting Jovanović and Milovanović, even boasting that he’s more capable than all of them combined. He says the same thing to Jovka, the very person you all claimed would take him down... in the end, it backfired, and we all know why. Honestly, I find it hard to believe he's stronger than those lowlifes.
I have to wonder, are we truly such a mediocre society?
Our institutions stopped doing their jobs properly way back during the era of the Peasants' Revolt and Spartacus.
The truth is, he commands more sympathy than entire groups of BBB supporters wandering through local bars on game day (just so I can gauge the public mood). All I hear from the local "tough guys" are the same tired "ultra" arguments: how he's the right man for President because his polished, slick demeanor will get more done than anyone else. So, I try to explain the reality regarding Jerry Jones again and again, though my blood pressure is rising just thinking about it. Nobody wants to listen anymore; they're too preoccupied with their own issues and obsessed with results that only serve their own delusions. Once again, I'll state my piece, and he just tells me, "Come on, tell me honestly... what father wouldn't want his own son to play for Real Madrid under Jerry Jones?" That's my take... and there isn't much point in arguing with fools...🤣 😉
This won't stop with us; the entire Democratic Party is essentially on his target list—they're just waiting to see what happens. Today it's Rijeka and Hajduk Split, tomorrow other groups will be targeted. How long does this go on?
P.S. I'm curious, purely out of interest, what other ultimate sacrifice could be made to finally remove this "good guy" without causing a stir? Are there even a few guys left willing to risk a little jail time—say, six months? And what exactly would that involve doing?
Die-hard Ultras / Hardcore Supporters in Fans ·
Listen guys, use your heads. I truly wish you nothing but luck, so please don't fall for the provocations coming straight out of Jerry Jones' kitchen... You stood up against him for a reason, so stick to your guns instead of letting someone like Matt from the Snake Pit ruin the game for you... Those pit bulls are just waiting for the signal...
We were the target yesterday and you saw how that went down; today, it could easily be YOU... Tomorrow, it’ll just be everyone else left behind like this...
This whole mess has escalated so much regarding the fan movement—though I'm honestly not even sure what their main goal is supposed to be at this point—that I wonder if we'll ever recover...
Good luck, guys, and stay smart!

(It’s enough if your voices are heard loud and clear. If you're going to call out Jerry Jones, my advice is to leave the minority groups out of it... He'll catch on eventually anyway, and there won't be any legal trouble for that...)🙂
There, just my honest opinion. I hope I haven't offended anyone...
Best regards!

JBt He’s out there attacking everyone in sight, fueled by pure ego. Instead of questioning why that "hooligan group" is causing such chaos while he acts like a saint...😉
The situation over at the East Stand is such a bizarre anomaly, I don't think anyone has ever seen anything quite like it in history... It’s all calculated, a total wrecking ball of a plan.

I was prescribed Remeron to help me sleep (15mg), but I always seem to run low because I end up taking a double dose here and there, usually when I'm still staring at the ceiling waiting for dawn to break.

To be honest, Alice hasn't done much for me as an antidepressant. I'm not sure how everyone else is finding it...
I don't really feel any effect from it, nor can I describe it as anything substantial. I think I might look into some herbal supplements to try and find something more effective for boosting serotonin levels.

@ Miligram, how have you been feeling generally? If you feel like sharing, I'd love to hear what your experience has been like...🤣

Agreed.

(I also happened to see this on this super niche forum where I'm not even registered... so I want to send my regards to Caporeigne after reading through 186 pages regarding the context of "that crazy guy who messed up" 😂 (though he did apologize for using the term 😂 instead of mentioning those 96 goals in St. Louis... specifically during that USA vs. Denmark match you kept talking about, right before the game at the middle of the river 😍 ...) tell me, is everything okay now?
Bad Boys - Part IV in Fans ·
I mean, if those guys actually played by the rules, they wouldn't be known as the New York Smugglers... 🤣
I suppose a lot of it just depends on which section of the stadium you're sitting in...
From what I've heard, there was an agreement long ago among the real deal smugglers not to split up the supporter sections... it's mostly just some opportunistic agitators and outsiders being mixed in with them.

What I’ve taken away from Zarathustra is this bit about war and warriors...

we don't want our enemies to spare us, nor those we love deeply.
I know the hatred and envy within your heart. You aren't quite great enough to be free from hatred and envy, so at least be large enough not to be ashamed of them.
That part makes sense to me... both the idea of the overman and the vision of future people lacking warmth (clumping together, shivering, and whispering "it's cold" to one another).
But I'm struggling with this—this part about war and fighters: "And when your soul becomes great, it will become unruly, and there will be malice in your sublimity. I know you." What is that supposed to mean, exactly?
Then there's: "You should have only such enemies as are worth hating, but not enemies who are worth despising. You must be proud of your enemy: then his successes are your successes as well." Isn't he just being overly flowery here?

I actually agree with this: "Live a life of obedience and war. What a long life that is!"
Which warrior would ever want to be spared?
I'm not sparing you; I'm embracing you deeply, my brothers in arms! Still, could someone please offer a few thoughts or a comparison? Thanks.

You guys managed to churn out "only" three pages of pure, infantile nonsense...
By the way, Smith, does nothing ever actually happen over in your neck of the woods? Don't you have your own forum?...
Come on, feel free to share the secret recipe—all those little tricks and magic spells needed to knock Hydrocephalus off his throne. If you do, I’ll be the first to step up and grind for six months straight, provided that the exact same guy gets kicked out forever (because I can't afford to waste another year; between getting older, my wife, the grandkids 🧐 and all this stress...
Regarding Supekup:
I watch him through those things on TV, and I honestly couldn't care less about him winning. Meanwhile, I'm listening to some loudmouthed announcer inflating the ratings from 10,000 to nearly 12,000, then pushing it toward 15,000 right before the end of the first half.🤣😂
...And remember how decades ago, people were scrambling just to find a ticket, which now costs a whopping—$3.25. Doesn't that tell you anything? It was always obvious how many tickets were official versus sold under the table.
....Even when a ticket costs a fortune, he hands out free t-shirts. And what happens when the team shows up just for the free cotton gear?
...When the squad is hungry, he hands out sausages, and it goes on like that indefinitely...If he's such a philanthropist, why doesn't he just go to Angola to feed the hungry?
Honestly, I don't give a damn about fake titles or the players on the field (...a woman almost asked me if Senegal was playing the USA on TV lately..)
To make a long story short, things aren't going to get any better for us or them as long as he and his cronies are running the show. All this rot and toxicity stems from his endless, corrupt maneuvers... though the caricature of a government is also to blame for letting him exploit every loophole and legal flaw in the book (and there are plenty of wolves in sheep's clothing).
Best,
