Hello everyone.
I'm 30 years old and planning to conceive my first child. However, after seeing my blood work, my gynecologist wasn't particularly encouraging about moving forward, so I was hoping to get some perspectives here. My levels are slightly lower than the standard range, though I suspect that's due to heavy periods—which, hopefully, won't be an issue once I'm pregnant...
erythrocyte......... 3.77
hemoglobin..... 85
hematocrit..... 0.292
MCV............. 77.5
MCH............. 22.5
MCHC........... 291
leukocytes........ 7.6
Thank you all so much in advance.🙂

Quick question: anyone else dying in this heat?
in Hobbies & Leisure ·
Early morning or late at night works best. I don't really follow a strict training regimen, but I've been skating recreationally for about ten years now. Since I love it so much, I make it a point to get out there around 5:00 AM while these summer heatwaves are hitting us. That humidity makes the early wake-up call worth it.
