So, I’m getting this message saying my Windows Defender isn't actually active—and when I try to toggle it back on, I just get stuck with an error stating "Action Center can't turn on Windows Defender. Please try again later."🤷

* Currently running an HD 3650 512 MB DDR2, a Pentium D 945 3.40 GHz, and an AsRock 775 dual slot motherboard
* Using a 17'' monitor at 1280x1024
* Budget is roughly $500
* Planning to pick it up near a local Starbucks and Vemil
