I have a question regarding a specific situation. We were trying to ship a package (about 13 lbs) via FedEx air service from our office on Jury Street to Sweden. Well, the package was sent right back to us because they inspected the contents here in the US (zip code 10003) and claimed that the 100ml bottles of 70% medical alcohol are considered "dangerous goods". I haven't been able to find any official regulations anywhere regarding what is or isn't allowed in a shipment, and when we spoke to the staff at the post office, they told us there weren't any such restrictions—assuming everything was within normal bounds, since medical alcohol is just for household use. Does this information even exist anywhere? Not to mention, you can carry that exact same alcohol onto a plane as a passenger at the airport...

More importantly, am I entitled to a refund since the package wasn't actually delivered? I already paid $117, which definitely isn't pocket change...

In fact, I feel like I should be getting my money back because the US postal service failed to provide any notice (before anything was even shipped) regarding which items are prohibited or how we are supposed to package them.

Are you actually suggesting my power supply can handle a GTX 285?! I was under the impression that was a seriously power-hungry card. I suppose anything rated lower than a GTX 285 should be fine, which is good to know, but now I need to hunt down some reviews to see how that card performs running Elder Scrolls: Oblivion on Ultra settings 😁. As for the processor, I'll get around to overclocking once I pick up a better cooler—maybe something from Scythe.
I'm currently running the following setup:

Intel Core 2 Duo E5200
2GB Kingmax RAM
Gigabyte P35-DS3R PC Build
Two 320GB Western Digital hard drives
Corsair VX450
AMD Radeon HD 3870 Atomic Edition
Pioneer DVD-ROM

My question is, what is the most powerful graphics card I could potentially pair with this specific configuration?

Is there any more headroom left for overclocking? I suspect you might be able to push it further with some superior cooling, but regardless, this motherboard seems like a solid platform for overclocking.

edit: Since the multiplier is unlocked, shouldn't there be room to crank up the CPU clock even higher? Sorry if I sound like a total newbie here...

I’d probably go with the X2 5000+ BE. I actually took a quick look at PCMag earlier and saw some really solid reviews regarding the MA770-DS3 paired with this specific CPU; apparently, it's a great motherboard for overclocking and all that.

Is the Gigabyte MA770-DS3 actually any good if I want to push some overclocking? I've been scouring the web for reviews on this board, but I can't seem to find anything concrete or helpful.
