Here’s a shot of my back... I haven't really hit the gym in about a month—just did some light swimming—but starting September 9th, I’m getting serious about training again!🙂

so far.
But thanks for joining in—at least I don't feel like I'm just talking to myself here 😉

Okay, but you really need to start increasing the weight over time—because if you keep doing the exact same thing, you won't see any results...

Sophia Gonzalez89 said:I mean, those little weights—just one 3-pounder in each hand is all I really need. 🙂

There are definitely heavier dumbbells out there😉—but hey, if that’s enough for you, then fine... I was just asking.

Food: some corn flakes with milk—beef broth without noodles—salad (tomato, lettuce, greens)—cod—some apple compote—50g pretzel sticks—a banana—about 150g of low-fat cottage cheese

Exercise: 30 mins on the treadmill, 25 mins on the bike, two sets of various arm exercises (using 3lb weights), crunches, and some ball work for the glutes and lower back

Why are you working out with such light weights?

Here’s my current progress photo... basically, my goal is to put on some more muscle mass—specifically focusing on building up my legs (which I've been training hard and I'm actually pretty happy with how they've come along over the last two months)—and toning up my core. Everything else feels okay, though I'm always open to suggestions...

Hey there... just wanted to share a fresh shot I took recently...http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=34nk32p&s=4
I didn't have any issues at all after my wisdom teeth came out... so this feels a bit weird to me—is it actually normal for it to be right where the tooth used to be?

I'm really trying to figure out which specific exercises will actually help me get those side obliques—you know, that toned look

Since you can clearly see from the photo that I have super wide shoulders—and since I'm training hard right now (hitting the gym constantly, though I played competitive volleyball until about two and a half years ago)—which shoulder and back exercises should I steer clear of versus which ones are okay to keep? I mean, I can't just cut them out entirely, right? Or should I just stick to lighter weights? Any suggestions?
