Stability ball chairs: Worth it?

This looks tempting... I’ve been thinking about getting an exercise ball to use as a desk chair for a while now. Too bad they don't carry these in the States.

Has anyone else had issues with a certified package just vanishing? What’s the protocol if it doesn't show up?
I've been waiting on one since February 14th. It was sent from Chicago and still nothing... I'm positive my girlfriend sent it, so there isn't any confusion on her end.

That’s what my diagnosis says. I've got a pinched nerve in my left shoulder blade. It was brutal—just absolute agony. It hit my left arm and leg at the same time. Numbness, stiffness... just awful. My doctor put me on Myoflex and Erason; I take one of each together every morning. I have about ten days' worth left. My leg is feeling better, but my arm is hit or miss—sometimes it clears up, sometimes the stiffness comes crawling back. The doc told me I'd feel like a new person in a month, but it's been two weeks and I'm not exactly seeing a massive improvement yet.
Anyone dealt with this before? Does recovery really take that long?
