So, a few days ago I started dealing with some weird sensations I’ve honestly never felt before—this sharp, stabbing pain right in my kidney area, but it kind of radiates over to my left side just under the ribs, pretty much where my gallbladder would be. It hits me whenever I sneeze, cough, or even if I’m just lying on my right side, or if I make any sudden movements or bend over. It was pretty intense for maybe 3 or 4 days, but today feels a lot better and the pain is finally starting to die down.

I swung by my local community health center and asked my doctor for some blood work and an abdominal ultrasound because I’m low-key convinced it might be gallstones or something going on with my kidneys.
My blood work results just came back today with these numbers:

AST 42 (ref. 11-38), so that's slightly elevated
ALT 65 (ref. 12-48), also high
GGT 123 (ref. 11-55), which is a pretty significant jump
LDL 3.20 (ref. less than 3)

Urinalysis:

Squamous epithelial cells 3 (ref. 0-1)

I still need to schedule the ultrasound, but I’ll probably try to get it done sometime next week if I can actually snag an appointment slot.

Thanks for any advice or suggestions you guys have.
So, I’m looking at picking up some gear from Dick's Sporting Goods over in the United Kingdom—we're talking about an $80 total including shipping—and I’m wondering if there are any hidden fees or extra taxes waiting to bite me in the ass. Is it actually worth grabbing everything in one big haul, or should I split it into two separate orders? The problem is, if I do that, I’m looking at paying an extra $9 for shipping, which feels like a total rip-off.
I’ve honestly never ordered stuff like jackets or tees this way before, so I’m pretty much flying blind here. Since we're part of the European Union, I figured maybe there wouldn't be any crazy extra duties or anything, but who knows? Am I totally off base on that?

Thanks for the help, guys.
