Could someone give me a quick take on my thyroid hormone results from today?
T3 1.17 nmol/L (ref 1.34-2.73)
T4 83.09 nmol/L (ref 78.38-157.4)
TSH 1.55 mlU/l (ref 0.38-5.33)
This is actually the first time I've ever had these specific hormones tested. I should mention that I've already been diagnosed with elevated testosterone and very high prolactin levels. Does anyone here have experience dealing with this specific combination of sex hormones and thyroid levels? I'm wondering what kind of diagnosis might be coming my way. I'm leaning toward hypothyroidism, and honestly, the whole connection between these and my sex hormones is really weighing on my mind.

Quick question 🙂
I ordered a package from China, and after what felt like an eternity, it finally landed here in New York City—only for me to get a notification saying the package arrived without an invoice!?!
Now I’m stuck having to show up in person at the main Post Office to pick it up, and they’re demanding I show proof of purchase from PayPal. Here’s the catch: I don't actually have access to that PayPal account because a friend of mine handled the order for me, and she’s going to be off the grid for a few days. Is there any way to pull up the digital receipt on their website, or am I totally stuck? Also, does anyone know how long they’ll hold onto it before it gets shipped right back to China?
