If you're running these labs just because you're worried about STIs, I've got some bad news: these results won't rule anything out. You need specific testing for whatever you're actually concerned about (like HIV or syphilis). Your CBC, metabolic panel, and urinalysis can all look perfectly normal even if someone is dealing with an infection.
HIV, hepatitis, and syphilis tests all came back negative. I'm mostly wondering about these elevated numbers in the second photo—specifically the white and red blood cell counts.
