How do I become a music critic? in Music ·

Look, maybe you're just looking for some advice, or maybe you want to help someone out—or hey, maybe you just want to dive into the deep end and troll, start an argument, or just laugh at how ridiculous people can be... honestly, I just laid out the whole purpose of a forum right there, plain and simple.
So, apparently, I have to fit into one of those little boxes just to post anonymously like this?

Honestly, you’ve gotta be either a bitter, washed-up musician or just some guy with way too much time on his hands and nothing better to do.

man, oh man...

So, check it out—on April 6th, a new compilation called > is dropping. It’s this massive double CD/DVD set, and besides all the singles, it'll also feature every single one of their promo videos shot under the Chrysalis Records/EMI label back between 1980 and 1986. Pretty sweet deal if you ask me.

And get this...

Honestly, I think Dana Ward17 wasn't even trying to trash Bohemian Rhapsody—it's more about the fact that when someone talks about Queen, they're usually just reciting the five big hits they heard on the radio and acting like they've mastered music history or something

man, I'd give up both eggs if it meant catching both Rainbow shows, plus the gigs at Madison Square Garden, Earls Court, and the Hammersmith Odeon
early Queen, honestly... nothing else even comes close...
