Check out
www.eco-print.com—their prices are actually better.
I have no clue what their delivery radius is, so you're probably better off giving
www.xerox.com a call. As for what they actually do to the toner during the refill process? Honestly, I haven't a clue. My only concern is that the damn thing actually works.
I've tried just about everything, but now I know better. They weren't exactly shouting from the rooftops, so I luckily stumbled upon them—a happy accident, really. You should definitely give them a shot; their pricing is actually fair. Like you said, there's a lot of junk toner out there. I once bought an OEM cartridge and ended up with nothing but headaches, but I've been using these guys for over a year now. They're solid. Plus, they offer delivery, so life is easy. ha,ha,ha
I’d recommend Xerox. I haven't had any issues with the chip at all. I have two printers—one monochrome—and I'm actually pretty impressed with their refilling service.
