But would you be so kind as to list out every single possible combination for me?

I was wondering if anyone might be able to guide me on how to calculate every possible combination of numbers ranging from 1 to 20 within Excel. Specifically, I am looking to generate sets where each combination consists of exactly two numbers—for instance, starting with 1,2; then 1,3; followed by 1,4, and so on.
Coffee: yay or nay?

I have recently started my new job, which requires me to get up quite early in the morning. Since I am not a coffee drinker myself, I find myself wondering about those of you who make it part of your morning routine: ☕do you find that you drink it simply out of habit, or does it truly provide the caffeine boost needed to stay alert? Personally, I tend to hit a bit of a slump and feel quite sleepy right around two o'clock.
Corneal Transplant: Experiences and Advice?

I find myself wondering if anyone else here might have some firsthand experience dealing with this particular situation?
I wanted to let you all know that I am back on my feet and doing quite well. I just finished up my follow-up appointment, and everything looks perfectly fine according to the doctors, though naturally, we will continue to monitor things closely moving forward.
I’ve actually had procedures on both eyes, and I am heading in for my follow-up appointment later today since it’s been about six months since my last surgery. I will be sure to check back in with all the details once I have them.

But wait, isn't Al Pacino actually the killer? If you look closely at the end of the film, when he’s sitting there shaving in his chair, he leaves behind that leather cap and those sunglasses that the killer was wearing. It seems his girlfriend dressed up in them.
Corneal Transplant: Experiences and Advice?

I may find myself needing to undergo this procedure soon, so I would be incredibly grateful if anyone who has personally experienced a corneal transplant, or perhaps works in that specific field, could reach out to me.
Thank you very much.
Thank you very much.
I would be so grateful if you could share some details regarding his experience. I'm curious to know which facility he chooses for the procedure, as I am personally preparing to undergo mine next month.
I fully grasp all the details provided in the documentation, yet I find myself wondering if you might be willing to share any personal experiences regarding this specific procedure. It would be wonderful to hear about potential risks or the overall success rates from a first-hand perspective. In fact, I was curious—have you perhaps undergone the surgery yourself?
I am scheduled to undergo a procedure called corneal cross-linking very soon. The goal is supposedly to halt the progression of a condition known as keratoconus,
which essentially involves a bulging cornea. From what I understand about the process, they remove the corneal epithelium—which I believe is a thin surface layer—and then treat the eye using UV light.
Since this particular procedure isn't commonly performed here in the States yet, I was hoping someone might be willing to share their experiences, whether they've gone through it themselves or heard stories from others. Are there any specific risks or complications I should be mindful of?
