Back after a century-long hiatus from this forum... and I might actually be in better shape than when I left. 🙂 Hopefully. 🙂

I think it’s worth showing up just to see what happens. It’ll be interesting regardless, and honestly, it feels like it's about time we hosted something like Wacken Open Air here in the States. We definitely have the right kind of venues for it...
Breakfast idea: peel an orange, squeeze out the juice, chop up the fruit, and mix it all together with some low-fat cottage cheese. Toss in a few drops of lemon and a splash of maple syrup. You could even throw in some granola or muesli if you want. A sweet meal, I guess.😉

What's your current max? You really need to work on your back muscles too. Do that and you'll automatically see an improvement in your crunch count since it stabilizes your entire lower torso...
I have to wonder who this is actually supposed to be for. Because if you're doing it for yourself, I think you're just doing more harm than good...
What kind of nonsense is that, gorging yourself in the morning just to survive the day without food or water 🤔 and then doing the exact same thing at night... it doesn't make any sense to me in this climate..🙄
