Alright then, if you insist...
Whoever manages to outdo my take on Gutta-percha in the comments is getting a little something from me, haha.
Thanks, goldenfox24

If I’m being honest, your face looks a bit more defined, and looking at your whole silhouette, you’re finally starting to look more like a toned woman rather than just someone who was overweight, which is how you came across to me before.

That is easily one of the nicest compliments I’ve received in quite some time.
I am definitely getting back out there for my morning runs tomorrow. 🙂

Maria Barrett81, obviously—I have to hand it to you, that was quite a bold move.

Well, thank you very much. And once again, I’m the one who went ahead and posted the photo.

P.S.: Honestly, I feel like this entire thread is somewhat redundant, but fine, let it stay up if it must...

Alright, alright, fine...
Now you're asking me to provide my personal go-to spots for early morning runs and the best gyms for an afternoon workout session...

It features brisk walks with all sorts of different distances. It actually leaves me more wiped out than a run does.

Could you possibly find a way to send that to me, or maybe just drop a link where I can download it?
Does that mean I'll basically be walking around my own house, or what? 😁

My real concern isn't actually the heat; it’s going to be the winter months. I plan on making the most of these next two months—finishing out August and hopefully enjoying a decent September—by sticking to a strict routine of morning runs followed by afternoon weight sessions. Once the temperature drops and we start dealing with the freezing rain and snow, my chances of getting any running in drop to zero. Between my recurring tonsillitis issues and the fact that I have absolutely no desire to go sprinting through a blizzard or a torrential downpour, outdoor training becomes a non-starter. I’m definitely going to have to scout out some indoor alternatives once the frost sets in.
Honestly, I’ve always preferred summer over winter, so the heat doesn't bother me one bit.

It kicked off with these absolutely brutal headaches—to the point where I actually blacked out once—and I've been dealing with constant nausea ever since. It’s been four days now, and while the intensity fluctuates, it simply refuses to let up. Every single day involves a nagging headache, I'm hitting a wall of exhaustion incredibly fast, and despite sleeping for long stretches, I can't seem to shake it (even though I usually wake up at the crack of dawn). Toss in the bouts of nausea, and I just feel completely wiped out. The real issue is that I have work responsibilities, and I really can't afford to be sidelined like this.
Could this be some kind of vitamin or mineral deficiency? Maybe my immune system is just crashing? Does anyone have any advice?
Thanks!!!

And for heaven's sake, dear, is there any chance you might be pregnant?

Since people were claiming this thread didn't exist, we decided to go ahead and start it ourselves.

To get things moving, I'm breaking the ice by posting a photo—this one's a bit of a "stock" shot. It isn't exactly anything to write home about since there isn't much to show off yet, but it serves as a baseline so we can actually track our progress and see how our bodies evolve over time.
