Music just isn't what it used to be, man. I’ve been diving deep into R&B, techno, and house lately, but honestly? It feels empty. In the R&B scene specifically, it feels like there isn't a single vocalist worth their salt—male or female—who actually has some soul. Everything feels so manufactured and over-commercialized now. Think about someone like Rihanna; it’s all just radio-friendly polish with zero substance. At this point, music just doesn't really move me like it used to.
Lucky me, I actually ended up being out and about this Saturday 🙂
Honestly, I haven't the slightest clue who’s performing or what they’re even singing... but hey, it’s not like we’re going anywhere big anyway. Who even cares about our chances at the Eurovision Song Contest anymore? We’re just a bunch of clueless people who can't tell good music from bad to save our lives. ☕
