nah, I'll pass

her voice is just completely trashed—but other than that... brrrrrrr

Wait, aren't you mixing her up with Peach's? 🤔

Adam Moore said:Man, are you really that guy—the one who constantly insists on playing the National Anthem at every single club night?

I never even step foot in a club myself☕

Well...

The single best thing about my morning:

Listening to the new SY album while grabbing coffee in downtown Chicago 🙏 🙏 🙏

Kate King said:you don't have any from National 😛 😛 😛
or maybe you actually do?

I used to carry four—now I just stick to one, though that single one is always on me.🙂

I’ve actually never owned any Lego Technics myself.😢

Good grief—where did you even dig that up? They haven't really made those for nearly 15 years...

Not that I follow the Lego scene all that closely, though... 🙄

Carol Jackson45 said:The top 3 tracks I've had on loop today for my moody headspace:
1. Lullaby + Exile
2. Sweethearts on parade
3. Fuel for fire

They’re all great—really—but "I'll be your bird" is just devastatingly better; it practically leaves everyone else weeping in its wake...

I'll sing statistics and hide the truth,
I'll tell your dad anything that you want me to,
I'll hide your locket under the dirt,
I'll be your bird.

🙂
But honestly—sometimes those two are practically synonyms... 😉
Oh, please—he’s just some artist 🙄
velvetotter26 said:so what kind of points are you actually getting out of this😉?

Well, obviously.☕

And nobody actually hates it—it’s just far too much money for such a small amount of music...

boldscout72: What’s the vibe? The Ramones?
Kevin Chavez3: God, no. Let's go with Steve Earle instead.

😕

🤣

Just another useless Last.fm list for your viewing pleasure...

The Misfits lineup change is a mess in Music ·
It’s going to be a loss (though maybe it’ll be worth it just to see some idiot make a fool of themselves)☕
stormyviper11 said:I was genuinely curious who would be the first to jump on this... 😁

Pfft—it was obvious from the altitude that it was just a stunt (though that didn't exactly stop me 😬)

And honestly, I’m back at square one regarding your take being off—generational gap, I suppose...

Or what? You going to sustain me with veggie burgers? 🙂
stormyviper11 said:I have zero respect for the people who get bitter because someone else snagged a new album or discovered a band first—only to rush and download everything just to upload it to NP to prove they're "in the loop" too.

Hmm, hmm... bitterness? You might have misread the room there. 😕

stormyviper11 said:I honestly can't stand girls who swap their entire musical taste every time they switch boyfriends—basically just mimicking whatever the new guy listens to. Apologies if that sounds a bit chauvinistic, but so far, it's a trait I've only really noticed in guys.

Fair enough—let me play devil's advocate for a second. That kind of identity-shifting based on a partner seems more like teenage behavior to me. Once you hit your 20s, most of us have developed actual personalities—it’s unlikely we’d overhaul our entire sense of self (even something as trivial as music) just to please someone. Besides, looking at my own life, some of my favorite bands exist in my library specifically because a girlfriend introduced them to me. If a relationship is actually healthy, it should involve a little bit of mutual influence... 🙂
