I just read this piece comparing the chaos of restaurant life to the intensity of working in a hospital. It's wild how much stress and "training through fire" they both share, even if the stakes are totally different. Do you guys think TV shows are getting better at showing the actual grit of high-stress jobs?

Got bitten on the leg, right in the thigh, about half an hour ago. It’s about 3cm long and maybe a half-centimeter deep. The dog is up to date on all its shots.

I think I spotted it once at a Whole Foods. You might want to check there, though I honestly can't vouch for how good it actually is. 🤷
