Workout routine advice? in Martial Arts & Combat Sports ·
I do a few push-ups, sit-ups, and pull-ups every day—though lately, I've been skipping the pull-ups because my shoulder’s been acting up. Since I don't really have the time for long cardio sessions, I try to squeeze in one "killer" workout a week. I call it a soul-crusher. I mix running with random sprints, hill climbs, stair runs, jumping over benches, and deep squat walks just to make sure I'm hitting every muscle group possible. I try to switch things up every single session, whether it's the order of exercises, the route I take, or just the pace. I especially love the stair runs (gives off total Rocky 🙂 vibes); it’s incredibly brutal, particularly once you start feeling a little lightheaded...🙂

Why not? You could easily set up different weight classes or categories.
For instance, a street fight in the White House category would be strictly light contact—no headshots, just hands. A Brooklyn style match might throw in knives, bottles, or even handguns, though it stays one-on-one. Then you've got the higher tier, maybe something like Bronx Streets, where once you win your duel, eight guys jump out of nowhere to beat you down and kill the God inside you. The absolute top tier would be Knežija, where there aren't even actual fights; instead, the loser's name just suddenly pops up in an obituary one morning.
