Only 2 seeds managed to hit 39
Still, that's basically 6 times slower than it should be

What if I try to crank it up to 220-237 in a bit?
It was sitting at 210 before.

Hey, someone tell me how to fix this
I've got a 2Mbps connection, so I should be seeing about 252kbps downloading
Sometimes I boost my speed up to 276, or even hit 350 on a speed test, but it's still just crawling at kb per second
In reality, it’s barely hitting 220-237 kbps
When I actually tested those 2mb speeds, I only pulled around 1690 total
God, I seriously hate AT&T
How do I even adjust the settings?
