From what I’ve gathered while keeping up with everyone else on here, they aren't really a local storefront you can just walk into; it's more of a company based out of a place like Santa Monica that handles everything through the mail. They don't have a physical shop, so you basically have to give them a call to place an order and then wait for the delivery to arrive at your door. If you're looking to go the budget-friendly route to get your hands on a kilo of whey $45 you'll need to sign up for an annual membership $67... honestly, if you just spend a little time scrolling back through the previous pages, everything is laid out right there. There are plenty of folks on this forum who buy from them all the time.

You're eating it all the time, sure, but using something like whey powder just helps you hit those higher targets more easily, which really makes a difference in your progress. I've been drinking it for quite a while now and honestly, I can't complain—it’s been nothing but helpful. Just keep in mind that you still need to eat plenty of real food for it to actually work its magic. If you're looking to pick some up at a better price, just shoot me a text at 555-012-3456.

But man, was I wrong.
Maybe it's just because I can barely stomach most other protein shakes, so this felt like a huge win at the time 🤣
The other day after my workout, I even tried mixing some strawberries in with it 🤷
Who knows, really... it probably just didn't sit right with my stomach.
Anyway, I know for a fact that was the first and definitely the last time I'm ever touching that stuff, haha!!
Plus, the whole thing was just gross to drink, whereas today I just had some whey with water and it was totally fine... though I did wash it down with a couple of honey sticks to mask the taste.
It seems like everyone is raving about that grape-flavored stuff from Walmart, so I figured I’d give it a shot. I picked up my first tub of Whey yesterday—honestly, despite being active in sports for years, I’ve never really messed with supplements before. Well, after a pretty brutal workout, I finished the whole shake and, literally three minutes later, I had to sprint for the restroom. Let’s just say things went south fast... I ended up having a total disaster in there. Instead of feeling recharged after an intense session, I just felt absolutely miserable, haha!!
Basically, all three bags of that "top-tier" junk I bought went straight into the trash on my way home, hehe!!
So today, instead of the shake, I just grabbed a few honey sticks after my workout. I heard that combo can actually help with recovery without the drama.
