Get lost.☕

I think I know how my own body works just fine... 😉 who are you to judge?
Besides, I already told you, I just wash my hair the night before my period starts, and that solves everything. What's your actual problem here??

Go eat some chocolate pudding and go to bed... ☕

Great topic😁. Honestly, I’d bet money that half the people who skip washing up during their period are probably walking around with fake nails and a tooth gem.🙏
edit: and probably a French pedicure, too. 😬

🤣

Sure, maybe, but there’s a massive difference between washing your hair during your period and just taking a shower (meaning just the body). 🙂I don't wash my hair during that time—I've already explained why—but I still shower normally every single day.

My hair tends to be pretty dry anyway. Even when I'm not on my period, I only wash it every five or six days, because I don't need to do it more often than that.

Since my cycle is super regular—exactly 28 days—I know exactly when it’s coming. So, I just get ahead of it and wash my hair the day before. That's it. 🙂

Michael Gomez7 said:My period usually lasts about 5 to 7 days. I try to skip washing my hair on the first or second day because the cramps and heavy bleeding are usually too much to handle, but I'll wash it by day three or four. Funny enough, once I wash my hair during that window, the bleeding seems to just stop. Usually, I’m done with my period just one day after washing my hair.

Mine typically runs about 5 or 6 days. A few times now, I've washed my hair around day two or three,
and I'm not planning on doing it again until my cycle is completely finished. I've noticed that my flow stops right after I wash it mid-cycle. It just cuts off—if I wash it on day two or three, that's it, I'm done until next month. It’s not just some old wives' tale; there’s definitely something to it. There has to be a connection, otherwise, people wouldn't keep talking about it. Of course, everyone's body reacts differently... personally, I still shower every single day during my period, I just don't touch my hair.
