Used PC builds: What are they worth?

Hey, I want to get your take on this.
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper TX3
Motherboard: Gigabyte P35C DS3R
PSU: LC Power 400W Office Unit
GPU: ATI XFX 7750 1 GB DDR5 (picked this up at Best Buy, still has about 20 months of warranty left)
RAM: 3 GB DDR2 RAM
Hard Drive: Western Digital WD AV 160GB 7200 RPM
Also got a Philips player that handles everything except Blu-ray
I also have an old Intel Core 2 Duo E1200 lying around
