Used PC builds: What are they worth?

I'm trying to figure out what I could get for this PC (bought back on Oct 22, 2009)
Specs:
Intel Core i5-3470 2.93 GHz, LGA 775, 1066 MHz, 3MB
Intel Dell OptiPlex motherboard
Supertalent DDR2 PC6400 800 MHz 2GB (x2)
General Electric hard drive 500 GB 16 MB 7200 RPM SATA-II
LG DVD+R/RW &DVD+R/RW & DVD-Ram, LG GH22, 20x
Club 3D Radeon HD4850 512MB GDDR3, 256BIT
CCT Power supply 500 W P4, 12 cm FAN
CCT middle tower LG-3310 black
Dell 22-inch Monitor LCD – 220 CW9FB Black, widescreen;
Also, any idea what the monitor would go for on its own?
