First off, just wipe out all those antivirus programs you've been piling on.
1. Windows > Delete > Prefetch
2. Start > Run... > msconfig > startup > Disable All > Disable All > Ok > Restart
If none of that actually fixes it, you might as well just wipe the whole drive and reinstall everything.
