If you want your body to actually absorb synthetic vitamins at a cellular level, they’ve gotta be paired up with natural ingredients.
The end of the Price game is near 🙂

You're pretty sharp, Styler, but you're clearly Confused 🤷

😕 Lately, I keep seeing ads popping up all over my feed basically admitting that certain vitamins are pretty much useless. Honestly, I’m not surprised... But why is that?
It’s because clinical studies conducted on synthetic vitamins tend to show they don't do much. They aren't looking at the stuff that’s actually bio-synergistic or derived from real, natural sources.

Just take a second to look at the ingredient list and decide if you're buying synthetic junk or actual natural stuff. If it’s synthetic, just toss it back on the shelf—you're literally just flushing money down the drain.

Trust me, you’ll never see a label out there screaming, "Hey, these are synthetic vitamins!"

Here’s some examples of those synthetic ingredients:
• Additives: Glucose, Sucrose, Starch, Microcrystalline Cellulose
• Dyes: FD&C Blue #2 Lake, or FD&C Red 40
• Preservatives: sorbates (like Polysorbate 80), benzoates (like sodium benzoate), nitrites (like sodium nitrite), sulphites (like Sulfur Dioxide)

Calcium Carbonate, Calcium Phosphate, Magnesium Oxide, Chloride, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Gelatin, Starch, DL-tocopheryl acetate (Vitamin E), Crospovidone, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Niacinamide, Zinc Oxide, Calcium Pantothenate, Glucose, Silicon Dioxide, Titanium Dioxide, Manganese sulfate, Magnesium Stearate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Sucrose, Cupric Oxide, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Beta Carotene, Triethyl citrate, Thiamine Mononitrate (Vitamin B1), Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Lactose, Polysorbate 80, Chromium Chloride, Borates, Folic Acid, Potassium Iodide, Sodium Molybdate, Sodium Selenate, Biotin, Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12),

Your vitamins are only actually doing something for you if they come packaged with fruit or vegetable components;
For instance;

If it says “Vitamin C (from oranges),” it means the Vitamin C is in its natural state alongside the nutrients found in real fruit, rather than just being isolated Vitamin C. Or if it says “Vitamin A (100% as Beta Carotene from Dunaliella),” it means Dunaliella is the source of that Vitamin A.

If you don't see any mention of natural ingredients on the label, then yeah, they're 100% synthetic.
