It’s just smearing the stains around now, nothing's actually going down...
I’ll be honest, there was a time when I didn't even really grasp what hemorrhoids actually were, but I ended up stumbling onto this thread while searching for answers about some stuff I was dealing with myself. It usually happens after I go a little too heavy on the spicy food—you know how it is—and by the next day, things just start stinging intensely around my backside, and it can last for two or three days where walking becomes a genuine struggle. It's happened a few times now. There hasn't been any blood or anything like that, just this constant, nagging burning sensation. To be perfectly truthful, I was actually pretty terrified to even take a look at what was going on down there, but eventually, I did, and I noticed these pretty large patches around the area that are completely dry, though they don't seem to spread further down. Has anyone else dealt with something similar who might have some advice?
Dealing with hemorrhoids in Health ·
To be honest, there was a time when I didn't even truly grasp what hemorrhoids actually were; I just stumbled upon this thread while searching for answers regarding my own situation. Usually, whenever I’d indulge in something particularly spicy, the very next day I’d deal with this intense stinging sensation around my backside, which would drag on for two or three days, making it pretty much impossible to walk comfortably. It happened a few times like that. There wasn't any blood or anything of the sort, just a lot of burning. I was actually terrified to even take a look at what was going on 🙂 but one day I finally checked, and I noticed these pretty large patches around my anus—they're completely dry, yet they just won't go away. Has anyone here dealt with something similar who might be able to offer some advice? Thanks.
Took a spill on my bike in Health ·
So, I took a bit of a tumble off my bike yesterday, and honestly, in the heat of the moment, it didn't feel like anything was seriously wrong—just some minor scrapes and bruises, you know? But then I woke up this morning and my forearm is absolutely killing me, and I’m having a really hard time even moving my hand. This kind of thing has never happened to me before, so I'm sitting here wondering if I should just suck it up or if it's actually worth making an appointment at the urgent care or something.
I mean, look, it doesn't hurt like crazy when I'm just sitting still and not trying to move my hand, and I have this nagging feeling it might just clear up in a day or two, but then again... who knows. Anyway, thanks.
