That sounds fine and all, but if you’re looking to drop weight fast, there's really no magic trick to it... just don't eat. Try fasting a little, but don't go overboard, I guess—like, maybe have a decent breakfast in the morning and then just try to make it through the rest of the day without touching anything, or if you absolutely have to, just grab a peach or an orange or something. That's how the pounds fall off the fastest, honestly... I mean, when I was stuck in the hospital for two weeks, they weren't even feeding me real food, just kept me on an IV drip and I lost like 70 pounds... I walked out of there looking like a skeleton, maybe 175 lbs at 5'11", but as soon as I got home, I went straight for the burgers and hot dogs, so now I'm sitting pretty at 5'11" and about 200 lbs.
If I wasn't feeling particularly devious, I’d probably just head over to the mall in San Francisco, grab a soda from the food court, and pretend I’m actually buying it while I sip it down... once I finish the whole thing, I’ll wander over to the men’s clothing section to "try on" some jackets, sliding the empty bottle right into my pocket before telling them nothing fits and walking out... honestly, I’ve probably downed way more than 10 liters of Coke doing stuff like that, and don't even get me started on the candy bars. My buddy and I used to have these ridiculous competitions to see who could to steal more chocolate by weight, and he totally crushed me... he managed to walk away with 4.2 kilos while I only hit 3.8...=(
Look, don't go coming at Canadians like that. I'm not even Canadian myself, but I can't stand watching someone trash an entire group of people. That kind of hate speech is against the rules here, and honestly, nobody’s going to step up and back you up in a crime like that—you're basically just looking for accomplices... CLOSED!

I’ve got asthma, and honestly, being stuck in a hospital bed because of it really puts things into perspective... you seriously shouldn't mess around with your lungs, they're way more fragile than people realize. JUST STOP SMOKING! Don't be like my old man, who didn't even think about quitting until he was staring down a lung cancer diagnosis!
