Terry Myers45 said:Did everyone following the NBA just drop dead or what?

We're deep in the red right now, so we're basically out here passing the hat on the street corner to raise some cash.🤣

Drew Palmer66, you're really out here coming for me on everything, haha. But hey, at least I've got my 4.5% edge.

Rudy Fernandez needs lower back surgery and is likely out for the rest of the regular season. Honestly, some other guys—maybe the Russians or the French—could step up and make their mark in London instead.

I'm also leaning toward the under. Still torn between Ellis and Jennings, but I ended up grabbing Ellis over 20.5. Really hoping I don't mess this one up.

I wouldn't mind watching Milwaukee play, even if it's just a battle for playoff positioning. You can expect a gritty game, but Bucks have totally flipped their philosophy this season—they’re basically playing with four forwards at all times (with Gooden at the five, spinning and staying quick) and running an incredibly fast transition game. It'll be super interesting to see how those old guys on the Celtics try to keep up with that pace.

Considering how the Clippers have been playing over the last two weeks and the sheer number of games they've put up, the odds are honestly looking incredible

Honestly, I don't see Marcus Kaman hitting 17 points today if he's struggling this much.

I don't think we should be playing Jeremy Lin tonight; he’s basically the only healthy playmaker the Knicks have left right now.

Rodney Stuckey (toe) basically said he’s out for the game this Wednesday against the Nuggets.

Honestly, what he put up while he was with the Orlando Magic was pretty underwhelming, to say the least. Having seen him around during practice, I can tell you he’s just not on another level. I'm convinced that whenever he's on the court, his team is just wasting precious minutes they could be using with anyone else.

Jefferson is playing tonight. Arenas in Memphis? Hahaha, they don't stand a chance.

Corey Maggette is sitting out Monday’s matchup against the Sixers due to an illness.
Shawn Marion (dealing with knee issues) didn't even travel with the squad to Denver for Monday's showdown with the Nuggets.
Derrick Rose is still sidelined with that groin injury—hasn't been cleared to run yet.

How’s an over 18.5 bet on the NFL even supposed to land? That’s basically just a lottery ticket at this point.

Nikola Peković, who messed up his ankle on Friday night, is out for the game Sunday against The Kings.

Man, Portland’s bench is looking incredibly thin right now. If this game ends up being a total blowout, I honestly think Aldridge will cruise past 21 points without much trouble. Not really feeling anything specific on Pekovic, and as for the Oklahoma over, everyone online is hammering that one—you can't find any lines lower than 208.5 anywhere.

Zach Randolph is good to go for the matchup against the Raptors on Friday.

Expect to see less of Jeremy Lin now that Mike Woodson is calling the shots.
"The style and the whole system are changing," Lin mentioned. He also noted that D'Antoni's setup was basically "perfect" for his game, but Woodson does things a lot differently. "It feels like I'm reverting to my old ways and all that," Lin added. He only put up six points and six assists in his last outing, and there's no way Woodson is going to ride Lin like "friggin' Secretariat" the way D'Antoni promised. The front office doesn't need to freak out just yet, but we should definitely keep an eye on how Lin's playing time and production changes with Woodson now at the controls.

Watching Portland tonight, I can honestly say after 24 minutes of the first half that this might be the worst opening half in NBA history for any single team. James Taylor3 might not sleep easy for a few days after this one, haha.

So Melo's staying at +20 against Portland tonight too, haha. Now we'll finally see if the real issue was just that little Italian guy.

Derrick Rose (groin) skipped practice on Wednesday and remains a game-time decision against the Heat.

Mike James was brought back into the fold in case Rose can't go, but it sounds like last season's MVP will be a true game-time call. With C. J. Watson (ankle) also a game-time decision, John Lucas would start for Chicago if both Rose and Watson are unable to play.
