Best protein powders for muscle gain? in Hobbies & Leisure ·
Usually, one 32g scoop clocks in at around 120 calories. Personally, I'm a fan of Dymatize and MVP—and I think a few others here mentioned those brands are totally solid too.

The glucose info from Dell looks like this:

I was browsing that fitness forum—you know the one—and everyone there seems to assume you *have* to slam some whey right after your workout. But we talked about this here before—that protein supplements aren't strictly mandatory. This guy on the forum is pushing some One Extreme brand stuff, and a 500g tub would only last me $47 about 8 days. I can't afford that! Is post-workout whey really "required," or is all that stuff we discussed earlier still the move?

Are you hitting the gym twice a day, every single day? I don't see how you'd burn through half a kilo in just 8 days. If you're taking roughly 30 grams after a session and training about 4 times a week, that should easily last you a full month. 🤔

I’d put it at 6.5 billion, personally.

Man, you have to be incredibly lazy not to just read the post right above yours! 🙄

Is there any chance someone could grab a kilo of Whey for me through Pronutrition? Joining the club just to get one tub feels like a total overkill—way too much extra cost for what I need 😬
. Of course, I'll pay you more than the wholesale price!

Hey everyone, I'm new here! 🙂

I've been surfing around the site for a bit, checking out the gym threads, and decided to kick things off with that beginner's blastoff program. Since there are two or three rest days built into the schedule—maybe some light cardio or whatever—should I still be taking whey on those days? Or should I save it strictly for my training days (post-workout, obviously)?

Thanks! 🙂

I'm right there with you—it's been a long time since I've heard a band that made me want to run for the exit. 🤷

Seven is their usual great self 👍
Just grab it on the day of the festival—I don't see any issue there! 🤷

Besides, from what I've seen, that's pretty much how it works at other festivals too...
We're just used to it 🙄 🤮
I missed seeing Franz Ferdinand when they played in Chicago—and I'm a huge Kraftwerk fan too—so I love the idea of outdoor shows in Central Park. This news definitely brightened my day! 😍

From my perspective? 😕

I read the book a few years back, so I was just curious if they could actually turn it into a fun movie. 🙂

Maybe the issue is just your own level of culture and sophistication. ☕
