I’m placing an order for some whey from Pro Nutrition in a few days. If anyone wants in, let me know. We can split the shipping costs and save some money by buying together.😉

First, you really need to mention what your line of work is before anyone can suggest a specific application for you...

Don't bother stressing over supplements... they work, sure, but the impact is pretty minimal. The real heavy lifting comes from your own effort. When you feel absolutely wiped out after a session, that's how you know you actually put in the work. 😁Personally, I always feel bloated when someone tries to hydrate me with a gallon of water, and I wouldn't call myself a massive guy anyway. But I stick to really short rest periods, and it honestly pays off. Don't just sit there for two or three minutes between sets—keep moving!

As for protein, I’ll say it again: go with MuscleTech!

I started working out two weeks ago. Nothing too crazy yet—mostly just doing 50 pushups and 50 squats with some dumbbells. I'm trying to put on some mass because at 6'3", I'm only about 155 lbs.
How long will it take before I actually see results from these proteins?

Don't sweat it. I'm 6'7" and was 155 lbs eight months ago. Now I'm around 175 lbs. Just eat and lift. Don't stress about gaining weight overnight; it’ll happen eventually and it'll be great.🙂 I only started using protein about six weeks ago, but if you don't have a solid diet, you're just throwing money away. Track your weight every month and test your strength, like how many pushups you can do or your max bench press. It's a great way to track progress and stay motivated. Peace!😉

That's true. Those mass gainers are total garbage. Grab some whey and call it a day.

Just focus on high-quality bulking meals. That's the easiest way to pack on the pounds.

I'm pretty sure she meant something like a whey mass gainer. She mentioned protein, not some crazy weight-gain supplements...

bluestag7 said:Could we maybe work something out where someone picks up a kilo of Whey via Pronutrition for me? Joining the club just to get one tub feels like a massive overkill since the fee is over $7. I'll obviously pay more than the wholesale price. 😬

Where are you located? I usually place big bulk orders with my crew, so if you're interested, I can definitely add you to the list...

I don't know, I'm not entirely sure... just shoot them an email and they can give you the facts.

I recall there was some backlash regarding aspartame and Josh or someone like that, so they ended up pulling those products.

@Angela Nelson98/">@@Angela Nelson98 Don't worry, you aren't going to wake up looking like a bodybuilder. 🙂 It's just a supplement. Whether you use it as a snack or a meal replacement depends on your goals. Personally, I use it as an extra boost since I'm focused on bulking up, but it works great as a meal replacement too. Just remember, 30 grams of Whey usually gives you about 20 grams of pure protein. I definitely recommend Pro Nutrition!

The price is solid enough 🙏

Can someone share a list of products?

Is Pro Nutrition just rebranding existing supplements?

If you mean whether they manufacture them or just repackage... they MANUFACTURE them...
I remember calling them for the first time and they said they had just mixed a batch and I’d have to wait a day for shipping... but hey, we're talking about 30kg here 😁

Plus, you can see all the ingredients on their website...

And btw, buying in plastic bags is cheaper and faster when you're ordering bulk amounts

You really have to try everything 🙂

I just stick to cranberries... hazelnuts smell totally off to me, at least personally...

It’s a total steal because you end up paying just $45 if you have a Costco membership (the annual fee is $67 and you get all sorts of freebies like shaker bottles and an extra kilo of protein every year). You have to grab at least 7 kg to hit that $135 discount price, otherwise it's $55, but honestly, they are great!

They have decent flavors like Cranberry, hazelnut, and cappuccino, plus a few others. I can't quite decide which is best, but the Cranberry rules.😁

Forget all those other protein powders!!!! They're full of junk... I actually caught one brand sneaking glucose into their protein—verified it myself. I won't name names to avoid any drama, but I have to give a huge shoutout to Pro-Nutrition!!! They are hands down the best, and they're an American company too. Just ask anyone who uses their stuff, they'll tell you how great it is!!

The quality is premium and the price is totally fair too.

Plus, there's zero aspartame!!!!👍👍👍
