Those might be noble goals, but start with the small stuff. One thing I've noticed about the NFL Ultras over the years is how they handle flares. Instead of doing those massive, one-time synchronized displays you see in other parts of the world, they tend to keep them lit steadily throughout the game. It keeps the energy up and maintains the atmosphere in the stands. I think it’s a great approach.

And why on earth would they let Hajduk play their first match at home🤷? It’s probably just about the money. That whole federation setup is basically just a racket. ☕
