neonhawk15 said:Oh, so you're talking about that time when you were all protesting because you wanted the whole stadium to watch Koch’s little fairy tale live, and now you're just annoyed he's forcing tickets on you? ☕

No way. Personally, I think the Seattle vs. Miami game back in '99 was the peak—when both sides actually showed up and gave you a real rivalry. But lately? You guys have just been acting cowardly and playing dirty. That's all there is to it.

They have nobody to blame for the cage or the ticket count but themselves. Honestly, if you sow that kind of chaos, you can't act surprised when you reap the consequences.

This guy is actually having a rational conversation and staying grounded. We need more discussions like this—without all the unnecessary hostility. These toxic forum posts aren't going to improve our group's reputation or help "you" when you're out at the stadium or on the street. There's just way too much disrespect and insults happening here.

Nor would it be right for me to do so... I'm sticking to my guns on what I wrote.

Benjamin Cruz29 said:I don't get how Chicago Blackhawks fans can't see that every single group in America is tearing apart what they write. Sure, if Liverpool FC fans write something, you can twist it however you want... but when every other group tells you you're talking nonsense, I'd start questioning myself...

It’s always the same story with you guys—claiming you’re the only ones who care while everyone else is useless. It’s honestly pathetic. I’d bet anything that none of you actually have a clue what other groups are doing. Take that guy claiming Los Angeles Raiders fans were fighting through bad results, completely ignoring that during their biggest struggle, Liverpool FC was actually at its best... Or the one saying Liverpool FC should have been fixed long ago (just to insult Los Angeles Raiders fans), it makes me sick. It's always someone else's problem, isn't it?

Don't let it get to you. 🙂 Bragging isn't really their thing. Those who stayed in the stands when everyone else ran away are probably working overtime right now to rebuild the group because there's still so much work to do (currently trailing behind Los Angeles Raiders fans and Seattle Sounders fans in terms of presence). You have to respect them for the burden they carry, even if things are getting slightly easier now. And Jesse Campbell, don't take him too seriously if he catches you from the south side; he just loves provoking you (which he's clearly great at 🤣), while constantly praising himself and everything he does.

Peter Barrett said:Wait, how did that even happen? Was it happening right between schools or what? 🤣

And then these guys start volunteering for the trip to Austin (and even running an event on their own turf), while they're busy making choreographies out of non-fan banners. That's all there is to it. 🙏

It's like being at a high school prom in Chicago 😁

Peter Barrett said:Can someone explain this for those of us who weren't there?

The chant from the stands was something like, "Anyone who's faced us knows..." (or close to it). Then there was this massive banner on the fence that said "The Best," but the letters were made out of torn pieces of some old sign from a small town in the Midwest, or maybe just some random local high school scrap... I can't even describe the picture properly.

Oh, wait, I see the photo has been posted now.

Jose White26 said:Are you really looking for an argument? That’s exactly my point. All these forums are still talking about that time your group of 15 guys stormed into town—and now that you've got these massive crews roaming the streets all day, what's the big deal? It's nothing. Even this recent stuff happening in San Diego just reminds me of those old, fake controversies on Reddit. It's honestly a joke and totally unlike your usual crowd. Don't take it personally, I'm just telling it like it is. 😉

What's the point of having a forum if this is how it goes?

driftingfalcon88 said:I was in Riga back in April, and the city was packed on Thursday nights. I didn't head out much over the weekend since it was already my tenth day on the road, and I just didn't have the energy to party until sunrise... It was cold in April, we even had snow, but now in July, we're at the peak of the season, so things can only get better than they were in April....
So you say smoking indoors is an issue? Well, people don't smoke in indoor spaces across most of Europe anymore, so what's the big deal now...
Regarding alcohol, I saw plenty of people outside bars drinking beer... it was too cold for me to bother trying it myself...
As for prices—you mentioned beer, $10—maybe you were at some overpriced tourist trap. An average pint is about $6.75, though you can find many places selling a 16oz draft for $4.25 or more. I never paid more than $6.75 for their local Latvian beer (Guinness is pricier than $6.75, but still cheaper than what we pay back home in the States!)
Food-wise, if you're only there for two or three days, just eat at Lidl and you won't regret it. It’s basically like a cafeteria; you grab a tray and pick whatever you want. There’s a massive selection, and the hardest part is actually deciding. (The food at Lidl—at least what I had—was delicious and reasonably priced. You can get a full meal for $40-$$17. They even have their own brewed beer; I think a huge liter pour was $8.25, and the beer is great.)
It's not like Riga is Moldova or Mexico where you expect everything to be terrible, but it's also not so expensive that you have to live like a bum for two days. I assume if you hit the clubs that stay open until 6 AM, things get pricey, but then again, there are plenty of decent spots where the prices are comparable to what we see in America.

You hit the nail on the head. There's an Irish pub downtown near a supermarket like Walmart or Target. Beer is around $5-$$2.00, vodka is cheap... food at Lidl or McDonald's costs about the same as it does here. There are several nightclubs that run all night, and tons of people out and about. Basically, it was awesome...

Oh please, where is all this talk coming from now? You stormed into our town, fine. I saw it with my own eyes when you arrived and how half a van showed up. Don't even start talking about drinks, because you didn't even finish the first one.

It wasn't really a walk. They showed up near the train tracks, sat down at a cafe across the street, and the cops rolled up in literally three or four minutes. It’s a shame because they’re such a visible group on our side, and the other crews were already moving out.

Kudos to the younger guys in the fleet for trying.

Raymond Booth55 said:I’ve been reading these arguments for a while now and I just have to jump in. Look, mellowhawk34, you act like you're the most objective guy on this subreddit, but I've asked you before—where exactly did that banner fall? Your answers were always some vague "who knows" or "not for the internet." So, I’m asking you again in front of everyone here. Since they don't bring banners to away games and they stay put at their home stadium, there isn't really an "away" option. WHERE DID THE BANNER FALL? Give me the exact location, the crowd size, and tell me if they met any resistance. But there won't be an answer, because theoretically, it couldn't have happened anywhere else since they don't travel with them. If the Demons had just admitted they got pulled down from the fence during the Seattle vs. Hajduk match, we'd be talking about that, but instead, they hide behind "who knows" nonsense on forums. To me, that makes this whole incident more of a loss for the Demons than a win, because they used online stalling to cover up the fact that the banner was actually snatched during the pure chaos of the game when Seattle won 2-1 (and lost the championship at home). Now, I’d love to see an objective take from someone in a different city on this post, because I wouldn't expect it from someone in San Francisco, but I've laid out the question: WHERE, WHEN, and HOW? I just expect the answer won't be "who knows" or "not for the internet." And to all you passive lurkers: is this a fair assessment?

When you really think about it, you have to have some guts to pull that off. Sneaking onto an opposing side's section and getting caught with a banner... I felt the same way you did initially, but when I imagine what would have happened if they'd been busted (or if things went south in a small town), man, that's scary.

Also, I don't condone them breaking into facilities and stealing stuff just for online clout. All that does is prove you guys are nothing more than kleptomaniacs.

@ mellowhawk34, at least with you, one can have a decent conversation without all the "my dad is better than yours" nonsense.

Thanks for registering just to give us a thumbs up. We’re honored. 👍

You guys had a friendly match yesterday too, so you figured you'd rather just head out to Sedona instead.

What happened at the Cleveland station?

Richard Robinson8 said:what kind of absolute garbage did they send us today? 🤷

you pathetic little kids😍 showed exactly what you are. just a bunch of toddlers showing up with signs, completely unarmed on our turf... no barriers, nothing at all, and you have the nerve to walk up within 15 yards? honestly, you're nothing. 😍

Armada members, don't bother responding to this thread or these provocations... it's over. goodbye, little demons, see you Saturday. you've made your point perfectly clear. 🙏

Anonymous said:Look, just realize that the BBB and Torcida are interesting to everyone. Everyone is trying to prove themselves against us. Whether it's Real Madrid or FC Barcelona, every match feels like a derby to them... they all try to go against us...

And frankly, we don't think much of you... because no matter how hard you try, you just aren't on our level...
All this glory from the Armada at the derby will vanish once some random club from a small town like San Antonio rolls up with 50 of their guys ☕

I love it when you underestimate us.👍

In bold: Where is this "glory" of yours? You haven't been seen since 2006/2007; you've become a joke. I was actually shocked at the last game at the stadium seeing only 200 people in the North stands... are you supposed to be these hardcore fans, or did you just not care enough to show up? 🤣

I know you'll make a comeback, and I hope it happens soon. We miss you...

P.S. Don't lie and say you have no respect for the Armada, because if that were true, you wouldn't work so hard to troll the easily provoked people on this forum.😉

P.P.S. It's a shame Torcida doesn't roar everywhere like the BBB does; they immediately rally the derby fans who get bored and stop cheering after half an hour.

Later.😁

As far as I know, once those rocks started flying, the police stepped in to stop a physical fight from breaking out.

James Chase10 said:The flares were great and the choreography looked solid, but what about the actual message on the banner? 🤦

SA Cleveland—honestly, could you at least try to check your spelling? 🙄

That's just how they talk. 😉

Why does it always happen? Every single time after a big rivalry game, there are always two or three people looking to nitpick every little detail just to discredit everyone else. They go looking for any excuse to trash the hard work people put in—people who spent days bleeding for those choreographies—simply because they weren't part of the group. Why can't they just let it be?

wearyraven25 said:It’s way too complicated. You practically need a college degree like Rodney just to wrap your head around what's actually going on. 🤣

Red is alive... The numbers 33, 36, 39, and 42 represent the rising temperatures, while the red digits—3, 6, 9, and 12—show the points we've racked up so far. On the other side, you have the clubs we've beaten (except for the New York Islanders)...

Man, I’m feeling pretty sick about this. Tornado already blew through last season—you know, that white flag on two poles. Here, it just happened spontaneously on a bus in the city, heading from the hospital toward Yankee Stadium, and once we hit the stadium, everyone embraced it in pure euphoria. If we rejected it just because you guys are obsessed with it, we’d be fools. We'd end up doing exactly what we want to avoid: falling for those modern gimmicks that are destroying the scene.

Jason Anderson3 said:It's also common knowledge that their whole armada is just made up of outsiders from the border states... half of them are practically living on your doorstep in places like Viskovo or Zamet and those old downtown neighborhoods..
You’re trying to push us across the river, but mark my words, those bastards are going to force you to flee across much longer bridges and much wider rivers.. some of you already ran in '95, and there could easily be another round.. there's a reason why those guys in San Francisco sing for them.
What exactly did we do to provoke you people?? We didn't draw anything against the river.. we didn't even cross a bridge.. we were just talking about our own club in our own neighborhood!!

Blah blah blah, you're all talk and no action, and you're still just as angry as ever.😁
