Dangerous contact lens solutions! in Health ·
So, I finally made it to my appointment with the ophthalmologist today. She told me I could just keep using my current solution until it runs out, but honestly? I went ahead and bought a new bottle anyway. To make matters even more bureaucratic, the pharmacy had to take down my full name and phone number—apparently, they’re going to call me once the refunds start processing.
From what I overheard during their conversation, the hospital staff is planning to burn through every single bit of stock they have left on hand.
At the end of the day, you just can't mess around when it comes to your eyes. Everyone thinks they'll be the lucky one who avoids getting infected—that one-in-a-thousand outlier—but why on earth would I take that chance? It's not worth it to risk my sight just to save a few bucks on something silly.
Bulking tips and advice? in Health ·
So, I’m standing at about 5'8" or 5'9" and weighing in at around 138–140 lbs. Lately, I’ve been going pretty hard with my workouts—really pushing myself—but now I’m hitting this wall where I need to figure out the actual fuel situation. What should I be eating if the goal is to actually pack on some serious mass?
Just a heads up: I’m not interested in touching any pills or supplements.
Thanks!
Question? in Health ·
How often am I actually allowed to use Deep relief? Like, can I go at it every single day, or should I be pacing myself at maybe three times a week?

So, I picked up some Deep Relief and I have to say, it actually works—the pain relief is legit. But here’s the weird part: whenever I run my hand down my left leg, I can feel this tiny, tiny little bump.
The actual aching has subsided, but the lump is definitely still there. My doctor basically told me I just overdid it at the gym and strained my muscles, but I don't know... I'm curious to hear what you guys think!

Does that drive you absolutely nuts?
Oily hair struggles in Health ·
Hey everyone,
I’m looking for some advice because I am honestly at my wit's end here.
The issue is my hair. I have to wash it every two days—and look, I know for some people that's totally normal, but is there any way I can stretch this out to every three or four days? 😕
Basically, my hair gets oily at the roots almost immediately and just loses all its volume—it has zero life left in it, if you know what I mean.
I’ve cycled through different shampoos and tried pretty much everything under the sun, but nothing actually works. It’s still limp, dull, lifeless...
What should I do?
