Right now, Zero Zero is easily my top pick. The dough is incredibly fine, almost like silk, and you can tell the ingredients are fresh and high-end. It’s a bit pricier, sure, but honestly, it’s worth every penny.
As for Paesano, it just didn't hit the mark for me. It was way too salty and the portions were oversized, but when it comes down to actual quality, it falls short of what I expect...
