I was just sharing my thoughts on that movie earlier... goodness, save me from such stupidity. It was just incredibly dull, wasn't it?
The movie isn't exactly a masterpiece, but then again, what can you really expect? Give us something else to compare it to. Personally, I've never been one for slow-burns, and this one definitely drags.
It’s definitely a documentary titled "The American Brick," though I suspect that isn't quite what people had in mind.
I’ve heard it suggested that free radicals (FR) are generated by increasing oxygen intake within the body. It is widely understood that FR damage our cells and accelerate the aging process. Therefore, does more oxygen consumption actually lead to faster aging? We pursue sports primarily to maintain our youth, don't we?
Does it make any sense to engage in intense athletic training if it ultimately exhausts us and hastens the aging process?
One potential solution is maintaining a diet rich in antioxidants to neutralize those free radicals. But which specific foods are high in antioxidants?
