"Coachella Concert proudly presents the first concert in the region for this one-of-a-kind band.
All details will be announced soon."

Honestly, I think whoever gave you guys the green light to organize a show like this made a massive mistake. I don't think I've ever seen such a sloppy, half-baked operation in my entire life.

Okay, fine, let's talk about how nobody even knows if the venue is still a thing—the concert actually vanished from the band's official pages for a minute there, and don't even get me started on the missed opportunity to host this at Madison Square Garden, but this whole ticket circus is just unbelievable 😂.

I have no clue when the tickets were supposed to go on sale (they didn't), so whatever, but then when they finally, freaking appeared, you still can't physically buy them anywhere in New York City. Like, seriously, if you plan on moving your shop in the next six months (which phone number can anyone call to find out if the store actually moved? Calling 555-0199 definitely won't help), just take a stack of tickets to Urban Outfitters or Hard Rock Cafe if you don't want to deal with the event anymore, and just call it a day. It shouldn't be that hard.

And oh, yeah, this web shop... LOL 😂, what even is this?! What kind of mess is this 😁? The whole thing is falling apart in real-time. I mean, trying to add two tickets to a shopping cart is becoming some kind of advanced science. Has anyone actually managed to buy anything there? Did you guys even bother testing it?

Hello, people, you aren't organizing a neighborhood block party here. That concert in Chicago sold out in less than a month. Listen to a few albums, Google them, actually get to know the band you're supposedly promoting.

And stop getting on our nerves!

Thanks!
The real issue with the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival isn't actually the headliners—honestly, they don't even need to be massive superstars in my book. The real problem is the rest of the lineup. Like, you get AF and Grinderman, sure, but then there are maybe two or three other decent names, and the rest is just a bunch of totally irrelevant local demo bands (still waiting on news about The Roxy, by the way) that nobody is going to show up for and frankly, nobody cares about. I mean, a festival is supposed to be a festival because of a recognizable, well-balanced lineup. Take Matetov at Terraneo, for instance; I think it's their first year, which is almost hard to believe.

It honestly feels like the people running Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival either have no clue what they're doing or they just don't care about the job. For example, I only found out AF was playing this year (which I’m super stoked about, don't get me wrong) after I accidentally stumbled upon some review in the morning paper praising their last album—it's probably the first time the organizer had even heard of the band.

I don't think they need these massive giants—not that they could even fit them into the ticket price anyway. If they were actually capable of organizing someone like Rage Against the Machine, let it be a standalone concert at a venue like a major racetrack, where tickets go for $500-$200 and if you want to pay it, hey, be my guest.

But really, the bottom line is that for the $300 I dropped, I should just get AF, Grinderman, TV on the Radio, Mastodon, and maybe The Streets... just pack all that into one day and call it a day, without all this other random filler.

I'm actually listening to Cut Copy right now; I noticed they have a gap between Sonar, I think on the 17th, and some concert in Israel on the 23rd, but I know there's no way they'll be at Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival for the reasons I mentioned earlier.

I wish Terraneo would just set up in a major hub like NYC (so I wouldn't have to deal with all the logistical nightmares of traveling across the coast), or maybe Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival should just happen in some small town in the Midwest during a local fair or a biker rally... judging by the organizers' mindset and a musical taste that seems based mostly on MTV Germany (Gentleman 🤦), that's pretty much where they belong.

Yeah, it was absolutely killer... I mean, a band like that seriously deserves much bigger crowds... it’s just plain wrong that people would rather waste their time at those cheap French cover bands 😕
