Looking for some feedback here.
Is there any chance the RAM will be bottlenecked because the CPU can't keep up with its speed—or conversely, could the processor benefit from faster RAM?
What's the verdict on the power supply?
If this build has any major flaws, I'm willing to shift things around slightly to adjust the price—nothing crazy, though.

I get that the odds suck, but I don't mind placing a tiny $0.10 bet just for the hell of it. Can I use a Visa Electron? I'm not exactly a tech genius when it comes to cards, and I'm pretty hesitant about handing out my card number.

The whole process—walking from a Western Union to my local Chase branch, setting up a foreign currency account, dealing with all that red tape—is a massive headache. I am definitely not looking to just toss my money at a credit card transaction.
