The movie is fine—nothing groundbreaking, but it’s an okay way to pass the time.
The Greeks are portrayed a bit brutally, though I hope it’s obvious that their traits are totally exaggerated here. I know from experience.
The whole vibe reminds me of how people from certain towns in the South get depicted in shows like "Prosijak and Son," or even how Italian Americans are played in movies with Roberto de Nir... stuff like that.
I mean, whatever, it's just a movie meant for fun... but there's always someone who takes it too seriously and walks away with the wrong idea.
So, I guess I'm not surprised if some people find it offensive.
