The final episode of Game of Thrones 🙏 🙏 🙏 Honestly, all those boobs were the only thing actually worth watching this season.

Larry Fox5 said:So, I just finished Breaking Bad and saw all this hype around The Wire—read through some forum threads too—and man, I was totally riding that wave... honestly thought I’d stumbled onto some absolute diamond of a show because the reviews were insane, not to mention how everyone kept insisting it actually tops Breaking Bad...
And then I hit the biggest disappointment of my entire TV-watching life. I forced myself to watch The Wire three times—seriously, three times—thinking maybe I just wasn't in the right headspace or something... especially since The Wire was one of my all-time favorites... but nope... a total waste of time...
I’m honestly about two seconds away from just muting all these "critics"... such a massive waste of my damn time... 😠
Robin Fox2 said:This administration has managed to drag America down to the level of Venezuela or Argentina, and now it seems we’re following Ukraine’s lead too... Granted, the people who put this government in power share the blame—given how they fail almost every conceivable standard—but that hardly excuses the current incompetence. They are truly pathetic. I don't hold any illusions that a different administration would magically fix everything, but that doesn't make this one any less inept.
Robin Fox2 said:Ivica "maybe decisively" Racan certainly showed more backbone than this current clown running the show... Just call in the National Guard, clear out the square, and be done with it. Since you’re going to lose the election anyway, you might as well show some actual grit for once...

Robin Fox2 said:As I’ve maintained—science offers the most compelling explanations for everything, yet it remains utterly silent on 99.99% of it...😁
Peter Thompson4 said:By the way, buddy, you totally dodged my question about the origin stories and how these buildings actually look alike, but hey, I guess it’s much easier to just spout nonsense than to actually give me a straight answer. 👍

Peter Thompson4 said:So, it’s perfectly fine with you that ancient people were just living in underground cities and carving massive structures right into the rock faces and churches out of solid stone, but I guess that’s just too hard for you to wrap your head around.
Fine then, if we're playing that game, I'll just pull out the Bible and use it as my primary evidence.
And look, this isn't even about aliens for me—it's about the fact that things didn't just magically happen because someone decided to build them, okay? I want to understand how they actually knew about *certain stars*, how on earth they could observe and calculate those kinds of things, and why civilizations all over the globe share these almost identical origin stories and architectural styles.
Peter Thompson4 said:Look, that's exactly the problem here—you're just jumping straight to nonsense when I didn't even imply any of that, and honestly, you're being incredibly rude, so I wouldn't even bother responding if I weren't feeling generous, but fine, I'll give you a few hints: stars, planets, solar eclipses, solstices, even certain ancient monuments and all that good stuff.
@Jessica Gonzalez By the way, I'm not talking about 2015. That comparison doesn't make any sense, but hey, like you said, time is relative, and a couple hundred years ago is basically just now.
Peter Thompson4 said:Look, I wasn't implying they just woke up one morning, decided to stage a massive uprising, and suddenly—boom—we’re all civilized. It’s just common sense that people hundreds, even thousands of years ago actually understood certain things way better than we do today. Like, seriously, these tribes could calculate the exact length of a solar year and stuff like that with insane precision. So, honestly, why is everyone acting so shocked? It's not that big of a deal.
That's just how it looks to me.
Peter Thompson4 said:Honestly, the guy ends up debunking himself in half the scenes, and frankly, if someone watches Ancient Aliens and swallows every single theory they throw at the screen without a second thought, I don't even know what to say to them because there's just no saving that level of gullibility.
I view those theories more like a starting point or a set of guidelines, you know? Because they pick one topic and then just ramble about everything under the sun—ranging from the most brainless nonsense to actually decent points—and since one presenter can toss out three different theories that completely contradict one another, it's really up to the viewer to figure out which one actually holds water.
You seriously need to pick up a book too, and I’m talking about back when I was still in high school, I stumbled upon some work by Graham Hancock and I have to admit that amidst all the chaos of his writing, there’s actually quite a bit of sense to be found. It doesn't necessarily have to align perfectly with his exact wording, but let's face it, there are plenty of illogical gaps in our understanding of history.
Humanity's development isn't nearly as straightforward as the textbooks make it out to be, at least not in my book.
Jessica Gonzalez said:Personally, I think I just need documentaries from the BBC—well, more specifically, their series.
1) BBC - Blue Planet
2) BBC - Planet Earth
3) Michael Palin - Pole to Pole
As for scripted shows, I don't really have any recommendations. I've watched plenty, but I guess I just appreciate it most when they focus on the real world; sci-fi and fantasy feel a bit too much like mere playthings to me.

Robin Fox2 said:I haven't sat through a better movie in at least two years...🙏 🙏 🙏
