p.s. I took a nap right before placing my bets, and both Joe and Chicago let me down.
(And I wouldn't suggest betting on a Chicago comeback from trailing to leading; they really find their rhythm in the 3rd and 4th quarters. Honestly, the biggest reason to bet against Chi is fatigue, whereas the Hawks might actually have some energy left for the first half.)
I have to give credit where it's due regarding Boozer; he’s playing almost like those old days back in Utah. It’s going to be a real treat watching Chicago in the coming days.
Derrick Rose is still dealing with some pain, though he’s managed to get better mobility in his left arm following treatment. It won't be known until Friday if he actually suits up against Orlando. #Chicago Bulls
I am still waiting for more concrete information. I am leaning toward taking Carlos Boozer under, especially since there is a chance Derrick Rose might not play.
In my estimation, there is about a 20% chance he stays out. The guy is a fighter.🙂
Today, I went with Carlos Boozer under and the Wall over—it was a close one, nearly had me, but honestly? I think both of those bets are heading straight to the trash bin.
It’s a real shame, really. I was genuinely holding out hope that we'd see LeBron James step up so he could finally settle things in a head-to-head matchup against Kobe Bryant.
Tony Parker over (With Manu Ginobili out, he should have easily cleared 18 points yesterday against a Dallas defense that still looks shaky next to Jason Kidd) Chris Bosh over (With LeBron James and Dwyane Wade both questionable, Bosh steps up as the main 🙂 for one night only) Atlanta +3.5 (Like I mentioned before, Atlanta beat Miami on the road even without Wade and LeBron; passing up this handicap would be a mistake) Dallas x2 (The absence of Ginobili combined with Dallas seemingly finding their rhythm was enough to convince me on this pair) Kobe Bryant vs. LeBron James2.40(This might get voided, but just in case, I expect Kobe to take at least 25 shots tonight—more than what LeBron will likely be able to match)
Brian Windhorst via ESPN Dwyane Wade is seeing some improvement with his foot, but LeBron James is worried about the swelling in his ankle. It's looking like they might both be questionable for the matchup against Atlanta tomorrow.
Wade is dealing with an injury, and LeBron James is clearly playing through some discomfort too—it looks like Chris Bosh is the only one in peak condition right now.
Besides, they still haven't reached an agreement regarding the Atlanta defense.
Everything really hinges on whether LeBron James and Wade actually suit up. I believe I read somewhere that Wade intends to play; he was able to yesterday, but he sat out specifically for today's game.🤔
Jacob Taylor57 said:Watch out with Wade. He's a game-time decision. We saw something similar just a few days ago when he played—I think it was against the Timberwolves. Just wait a little longer until things are official, then you can start complaining. 🙂
Just dropping in with some intel: it looks highly probable that Dwyane Wade sits out tonight. So, if you're looking at the LeBron James over, don't hesitate—get it done without a second thought.
It is a beautiful day today. I am looking at the lines and seeing the Golden State Warriors at -7.5 against the San Antonio Spurs, especially since the Spurs are heading into this without their most vital player, Manu Ginobili.
With all these variables in play, it is difficult to determine who will actually land in those top 2 or 3 winning 😬
