Lawrence Castillo76 said:Given how incredibly thin the Portland bench is right now, if this game ends up being even remotely competitive, I think Aldridge will cruise past 21 points quite easily. I don't have much of an opinion on Nikola Pekovic, and regarding the over in Oklahoma, everyone online is hammering that side; you can't find anything listed lower than 208.5 anywhere.
If we don't end up looking at a total blowout, this specific stat is actually worth noting:
LaMarcus Aldridge has averaged 35.7 points in his last three games against the Chicago Bulls, including a massive 42-point performance during Portland's 109-103 win back on February 7, 2011.
My take is this: Portland has gone into full overdrive mode. If my memory serves me right, they lost their last few games by double digits, and some of those losses were by as much as 40 points. They are definitely feeling the absence of Derrick Rose, but since they managed to pull off a win against the Heat without him, the locker room atmosphere is likely incredible right now. They should be able to ride that momentum to a massive victory tonight.
Portland traded away Ben Wallace and finally moved on from Chris Camby. Historically, teams that change coaches tend to go 5-1 in their first game following the shift 😁.
It’s almost like telepathy. I placed this bet earlier this afternoon specifically because of that exact reason.
Does anyone have any advice for the press? If Rose isn't playing, 🤷 we all know who is going to step up and take over.😂
Our dear Boozer is having a tough time against the better teams. Don't touch anything else—just stick to the popcorn, Boozer, and the game. Who do you usually root for anyway?

I tried calling him at home, but there's no answer. His phone is turned off, which is honestly pretty concerning.
Analysis #3 Tip: Kobe Bryant under 28.5 points @ 1.85 Confidence: 8/10 Status: -12 (God help us)
Kobe Bryant played an exhausting game tonight involving two overtimes, scoring 28 points during regulation—classy work. The primary reason I am targeting this line is the fact that Bryant logged 51 minutes tonight. For a veteran of his age, that kind of workload is simply too much to sustain. It is also encouraging to see that the Lakers are facing a weak Charlotte Hornets squad; there is a high probability that Kobe might find himself coasting in the fourth quarter if a typical blowout occurs. Furthermore, Andrew Bynum is in absolute peak form right now, which means he will likely shoulder the offensive load, allowing Kobe some much-needed breathing room.
Today, I’m looking at Miami at 1.65. The Orlando Magic have already proven they can capitalize on any open three-pointer that comes their way, so I expect them to walk away with another easy win tonight. 🤷
The only potential downside is that they have a "bigger" matchup against the Chicago Bulls tomorrow, which might cause some mental distraction, but I wouldn't count on it—these guys are professionals.
It’s such a shame. Carlos Boozer keeps getting stuck in foul trouble, and then he manages to scrape together about 15 points before hitting a wall. If it weren't for those fouls, man, he would have been unstoppable. 🙂
Man, he is absolutely locked in right now. I did a little digging since he’s facing off against Derrick Rose, and I decided to skip the parlay and just take Derrick straight up.
Just look at his recent stretch—he’s been clearing the over every single time. The last one went through even without David Rubia in the mix. He’s been on a tear lately, though there's always a chance things level out tonight.
Amare had a hell of a game last time out. I’m not saying he’ll pull it off again tonight, but then again, Boozer is going to be guarding him once more.
