Those crowds always come prepared. I watch NASCAR and the fans always have the right gear—good rain jackets, boots, tents 🙂 They’re just used to it.

No clue, didn't catch it... like I said, if I remember right, he was -1.6 behind 17th place on the last pass, then the director cut to that idiot from Marusia who spun out on the start-finish line, leaving him to cross the finish over two seconds back. Whether he screwed up or just slowed down for flags, I have no idea.
