You can defend her all you want, but her conduct is unprofessional. You accused someone else of killing the thread, yet look at what Sandra Kern38 did with her moderation on Faziletkinja. She essentially drove away every girl who was a fan of Sinan from the topic. Those few who actually posted were being so insulting that their comments were unreadable, and not a single one received a warning. Are you suggesting this is proper moderation? That this isn't killing a thread? I won't even get started on Kiralik Ask; the comments there had nothing to do with the show, yet she allowed it without blinking. It was only when I asked where the moderator was that she moved it to the Chat, and even then, there wasn't a single warning issued.
I have lived in this country long enough to know how a forum should function. I know how to communicate and how to behave, and I cannot tolerate injustice. We are all subjective, but if we are performing a role—let's call it "judge"—then we must distance ourselves from our personal opinions and distribute justice equally. The scales must always be balanced. If she is incapable of that, she shouldn't hold the position.
As for banning users, I am certain that decision rests with some think tank. Give me a break. If more people are needed, one moderator should initiate the process and the others should confirm it. It is as if they don't care about a subforum; perhaps then they would actually read an appeal and bother to respond. It is interesting how many Yagiz fans have suddenly appeared, and just as interesting how none of them are clones. 😬
