0.2 to 0.3 percent - coordination stays fine, maybe just a little euphoria or feeling less shy. No obvious depression, just feeling moderately relaxed, I guess.
0.4 to 0.6 percent - feels cheerful and relaxed. Inhibitions start dropping, plus there's a sense of warmth or euphoria. Judgment and memory might slip a bit, and caution goes down. Emotions feel heavier, and behavior can get a little over the top.
0.7 to 0.9 percent - some slight issues with balance, speech, vision, reaction time, or hearing. Judgment and self-control drop, along with memory. A person might honestly think they're doing better than they actually are. Euphoria kicks in.
1 to 1.25 percent - significant trouble with motor coordination and losing touch with reality. Speech might get messy, and balance, sight, hearing, or reaction times suffer. Euphoria is still there.
1.3 to 1.5 percent - major motor function issues and a lack of physical control. Vision gets blurry and balance is pretty bad. That euphoria starts fading, replaced by anxiety, depression, or restlessness. Serious trouble judging things.
1.6 to 1.9 percent - mostly anxiety, depression, and restlessness. Nausea might happen too.
2 percent - confusion and feeling lost or disoriented. Someone might need help just to stand up or walk. If they get hurt, they might not even realize it. At this level, some people deal with nausea and vomiting. There's a risk with the gag reflex or even choking. Blackouts can happen.
2.5 percent - serious impairment across all mental, physical, and sensory functions. Higher risk of choking on vomit or getting hurt from falls or accidents.
3 percent - a state of stupor. They don't know where they are. Sudden loss of consciousness is possible, and waking up from it is hard.
3.5 percent - coma is possible. It’s basically like being under surgical anesthesia.
4 percent or more - coma and potential death from respiratory failure, very low blood pressure, or choking while vomiting.

A 0.25% blood alcohol content... that's serious stuff. It causes major issues with mental, physical, and sensory functions. There’s also a much higher risk of choking on vomit or getting hurt from a fall or some other kind of accident. I guess it's just dangerous.

Honestly, the people we need most might just stop fighting. They’ll probably back off from the owner, stay away from the stadium, and stop talking about Real Madrid altogether. I guess they have their own club now where nobody messes with them and there's zero pushback. The owner doesn't care about them, he only cares about us. But our business is our business. We've got the banned crowd right here, and the blacklisted ones too.
It’s also a good way to get a crowd together. Maybe educate people who are still sitting on the fence, pull in some younger folks, show the city that we actually exist, and figure out our next moves...
At first glance, it feels like he's one step further from Real Madrid and one step closer to his new club. Once those hardcore supporters start getting involved, I guess you'll hear people saying, "Who cares about Real Madrid? We’ve got our own thing now, and more people will show up to one of our games than to all their European matches combined." Maybe.

I guess I'm convinced they'll just shut this whole thing down after the second or third game. They'll probably have the police clear everyone out using that same tactic they always use over at the stadium.

At the same time, we’re calling on the top brass at Dinamo to just call for elections already. They need to let all the fans actually have a say in picking the club president, based on a "one member, one vote" rule.
