Lisa Reyes58 said:Does anyone have experience with nose surgery performed by Dr. Ignatovski? I noticed the standard price is around 13 $0.00, and while there are some before-and-after photos, I am looking for actual feedback from patients or those who have heard firsthand accounts. Here are some nurses who had their noses done by him; they look quite good after just one month.

I found this information about him online, which seems promising given his extensive years in the field:

"He completed his general surgery residency at the University of Chicago School of Medicine, passing his final exams in 1980. He subsequently completed postgraduate studies and defended his master's thesis, 'selection of drainage operations in solving exogenous secretion in experimental pancreas transplantation,' in 1989 at the University of Chicago School of Medicine.

As an aesthetic surgeon, Mr. sci. Bojan Ignatovski completed his specialization in plastic-reconstructive surgery at the University of Chicago School of Medicine, where he passed his final boards to become a certified plastic surgeon. He also underwent specialized aesthetic surgery training in France.

Aesthetic surgeon Mr. sci. Bojan Ignatovski has been living and practicing in Des Moines since 1991. In 1992, he opened the first aesthetic surgery clinic in America, and since 1997, he has owned and directed the polyclinic for surgery, gynecology and plastic surgery. "

Give him a wide berth.
What is the reputation of Dr. Miller at the local credit union medical center? Does anyone here have actual experience with his work? Looking through the photos in his gallery, it is nearly impossible to distinguish which images were taken before the procedure and which were taken after... haha 🙂
Has anyone here dealt with a thick or prominent nasal tip? Looking at the photos on Toncic's page, it appears that he barely touches the tip at all during the procedure. Has anyone had a similar experience?
Ashley Peterson44 said:Yes, I underwent surgery at Arcadia Medical Center with Dr. Ignatovski. I accessed the procedure through his representative, N. S. Given the sheer lack of professionalism and basic human decency I experienced from both her and the doctor following the operation, I cannot recommend them under any circumstances.

To put it bluntly... my goal was to address a bump on my nose. During the initial consultation, I was explicit about not wanting an artificial look; I wanted it to still feel like "my" nose. The doctor agreed, yet he completely disregarded my wishes during the actual procedure. He attempted to give me a tiny, upturned nose, which utterly altered my facial structure. Furthermore, far too much cartilage was removed, resulting in breathing difficulties that I never had prior to the surgery—my nose is largely obstructed, forcing me to breathe through my mouth at night. As for the aesthetics... I shudder every time I see my reflection. While the bump is smaller, it is a moot point because the tip is now structurally compromised; it looks deformed and unnatural. To make matters worse, the nose is too drooping and elongated for my liking, and since the bones weren't properly joined, I am left with two holes on the sides, known as an "open roof." Overall, my face looks worse than it did before. The worst part is when I smile. Once a year has passed since the procedure, I intend to visit a different surgeon for reconstructive work using ear cartilage.

Who would you consider seeing? Can you recommend a top-tier surgeon... perhaps Zambelli or someone of that caliber who is truly exceptional?
Does anyone here have any firsthand experience regarding the services provided by the Arcadia Medical Center in Madison?
I have a single inquiry... Does a physician who has completed training in both head and neck plastic surgery and aesthetic surgery actually perform rhinoplasty, or what exactly is their scope? 🙂
Could someone please recommend a skilled surgeon? My nose drifts to one side, I have lumps, a deviation, an oversized tip, and to top it all off, I actually broke it about a year ago. At this stage, my primary concern is the aesthetic outcome, so if anyone knows of a highly experienced surgeon in Washington, D.C., please let me know. 🙂 Is Glumičić any good, or should I be looking for someone more accomplished? Also, does anyone have a rough idea of what the costs might look like?
