Give it a rest already with all these exhausting explanations and excuses. You made your stance clear the day you turned your back on the group. Realize that you are an insignificant factor in this entire situation; nobody cares about your opinion, so stop wasting our time with your little stories.

casualwolf48 said:What do you think, man? Who carried the fight during the war back in '91? It was mostly young guys between 18 and 25. That was the core fighting force of the American military. Don't underestimate that youth. They underestimated us in '91, too. I was 21 back then, and I went straight from the stadium and the city streets into the mud and rocks of the front lines.
Youth can do it, sure. They always could. But if they need help from us older men, then they need it. Not just moral support in the sense of typing stuff on a forum, but they need to see us older guys in the stands. Especially now, when things are at their toughest. There are no excuses—rain, scheduling, whatever. You simply need to get your ass to the damn stadium so these kids know they have us standing right behind them. I know for a fact that out of pure bravado, they won't admit they care if we show up, but I also know exactly how much it boosts their morale to see us sitting there in the stands beside them.
I remember myself at that age; I would never bow down to anyone, but if those older city tough guys had been in the stands with us and then out in the action, I would have been ready to die.
People, let’s stop the philosophizing. We showed up for a few games, and now, in these final matches, we are falling apart again. Let's not reach a point where people prefer gathering at the local pub over actually going to the game.
There are no excuses. Get to the stadium first, and then you can complain here on the forum about the causes and
consequences.

Blue City, our legend, explained everything perfectly! Come on, you old geezers, everyone head to the East Coast. No excuses. If Real Madrid ever meant anything to you in your lives, it is your duty to show up on the East Coast. No excuses—it's now or never!

As someone pointed out recently, there are only two real paths forward in this Fight:
1. Walk away from the supporter scene entirely and abandon the BBB.
2. Give everything you’ve got—both as an individual and as part of the BBB—to purge these parasites from the club once and for all.
Anything else is just mindless chatter for children.

Rip Calimero

Here is a post from klokan over on the forum....

Regarding what we were discussing.... take the situation involving Kalimer and New York City, for example.

I am not entirely sure what happened to the guy's ear, but poor Calimero actually had to appear in court in New York City because of that whole ordeal.

It all went down during the Cup final against Velez. Ufffff... I shudder just thinking about that game. It wasn't even that they hunted us down in New York City; they absolutely demolished us. Well, before the match even started, anyway.

We were fighting off the booze during the trip. We were on an overnight train passing through Pittsburgh. You can imagine—every station felt like our territory. That is how we reached New York City, and that is also how we ended up scattered. I ended up in the trauma ward because someone from our squad broke my nose. Ha! Being a drunken idiot, I started belting out Zvezdin anthems on the train, and the moment I got my bearings—bam!—the compartment door swung open and a bottle hit me square in the head.

There I was, poor guy, hitting the floor, and then suddenly—whoosh!—a shoe to the face. Thank God I was too dazed to even see who the guys were; otherwise, those poor souls wouldn't have been at fault. They were just smoking weed at the station while we were looking for them.

So... there I was, finishing up at the trauma unit to get my nose fixed (which is still crooked, by the way). After some "gentle" care—if you can call it that—we made our way toward Beverly Hills because we heard plenty of our people were gathered there. That is when we ran into our guys smoking weed. Once we reached Beverly Hills, we laid down on the grass to sleep. When I woke up, I was surrounded by a crowd of thugs... just beating everyone senseless.

I had a chain wrapped inside my shirt. These thugs started kicking me, and one of them ripped my shirt right off (they took my sneakers, too... we were sleeping soundly like Bosanac). As he yanked the shirt away, the chain fell out. That is where Calimero comes in. I don't know many people, but those who do... well, back in elementary school, we called him Pile because of his last name and his build... he isn't exactly a powerhouse. Suddenly, this little kid lunges at them, grabs the chain, and starts swinging like a madman.

That is how he leveled the guy. Honestly, if he hadn't stepped up, they probably would have slaughtered us. I am afraid to even think about it.

So, that is the story. It seems to me the guy lost his teeth, his nose, and his eye, rather than just his ear.
